As someone that has multiple Dyson products not sure if I will be spending my money with them in the future. I contacted Dyson service to help resolve my issue with the fan not working; I have it in the nursery so I can control the heat. I tried all the troubleshooting before hand and followed the steps through chat as well. I then had to argue with the service advisor to have a replacement. They want me to send in my old fan before I receive the replacement. But I still haven’t received a return label or even email regarding the confirmation. Amazing service for spending $1000 on what is now garbage. 

I’m still waiting for a canister for my Dyson V11 for a year that broke during warranty.
