Dyson is a Huge Disappointment!

Absolutely no proper customer service or accountability! It has been 10 days since I placed my order, and it still hasn’t shipped. Customer service is a complete disaster—utterly clueless and just trying to brush you off with nonsense responses.I’ve contacted them twice now, and each time I was told, “If your order isn’t shipped within 24 hours, contact us again.” Why should I keep chasing you for my order? It’s been 10 days! Take responsibility, track my order, and keep ME updated. Call or email ME if there’s a delay. Isn’t that the least a so-called “big brand” should be capable of?And to top it off, I was promised a replacement for my humidifier over a year ago because it was defective. At the time, I was told it would be sent when it came back in stock. Guess what? A year later, not a word. I contacted customer service again, and now they’re questioning whether the issue even existed! After explaining everything AGAIN, they had the nerve to say they wouldn’t replace it anymore. Wh

Tank Undetected - Humidifier

I just put a new filter in my Dyson Purifier Humidifier and it was working fine for about 20 minutes, now I have a message tank undetected. The water tank is full and it is inserted properly but I can’t get it to work. This seems to be an ongoing problem and I have already had 1 machine replaced for this reason. Dyson Not Honoring Warranty

We have had the most unbelievable experience with Dyson after purchasing an air purifier/humidifier. When it works, we love it. But it first broke after 10 months of having it. Working with Dyson was a total headache. They eventually got our replacement after about 2 months. Then, we started using the new one and about 11 months later, it broke again. After the first one broke, they agreed to extend the warranty (even though I kjnow this is not their policy, but they did it). I have included a screenshot of the email stating our warranty is active through 2025. See below. Now that the $900 machine has broke again, in under a year, they are telling us they never would agree to extend a warranty. We have spent hours and hours on the phone with them. Each time we ask for a supervisor, they tell us that one is not available and to call back. We won’t accept that. Every time they ask us to call back, we say no. We will wait. Dyson repair and customer support for TP07 air treatment maschine

Dear dyson community,I would like to take the opportunity to share my experience with Dyson customer service.My TP07 air purifier, purchased on December 14th, 2020, has recently started showing an exclamation mark on the display and has stopped working. It is not possible to reset it to factory settings. At least I was able to see the error codes on the display.I then contacted Dyson customer service. They told me that the repair would cost €125. So I paid the money and sent the device in. A few days later I received a message saying that the device was too old and therefore could not be repaired. I am very surprised that this has only now been noticed, since I had previously provided the serial number in writing. The device was sent back to me and the money for the repair is to be refunded. Unfortunately, this does not solve my problem. Dyson is now offering me a 25% discount in the web shop, but only on the "Big and quiet" devices, which cost almost twice as much! In summary, I am v

What’s the difference between the TP02 vs TP10? my TPO2 is not working and they are sending me a replacement but it’s less than what I paid for for mine so I’m curious to know they said this is the newer model the TP 10 Jen one but if you can tell me what is the biggest differences and I am not looking to downgrade

Unable to log on to the Dyson app for my Big & Quiet Air Purifier.

‘It’s not recognizing my password or the code. I tried resetting the password, no go. I called customer service twice, no help. The last rep even suggested I don’t have to use the app?!?! That’s part of the reason I made the purchase. I also searched the community postings. I have 3 Dyson other products, one that is almost 20 years old, they have been great. Any help would be appreciated!

HP01 Filter replacement error message

I have a grey Dyson HP01 with an filter replacement message showing. I’ve replaced the filter, and followed the filter replacement reset steps (hold power button for 6 seconds), though nothing works.I’ve tried everything but nothing works. From what I read online, this is a known issue with many HP01 units, where many have apparently had to send their unit into Dyson to be reset.How can I fix this issue? My very expensive Dyson is basically junk right now.

I Need Help

I ordered an air purifier for medical reasons. Dyson sent incorrect tracking information and the item never arrived. I found out they sent it with GLS who, after speaking with GLS, broke policy when they left the item at the front door. There was a signature required and no one signed. So the item was stolen, we assume, probably by the GLS driver who blatantly lied about the delivery time. Customer service is telling me they will file a claim with GLS and I will have to wait 30 days for a resolution. Meanwhile Dyson keeps my 500 bucks and I have no machine. I have never had a company hold onto my money like that without sending a replacement. The supervisor I asked to speak with told me there was nothing he could and hung up on me when I kept trying to ask questions. If someone from Dyson doesn’t contact me with a resolution fast they will never get my money again. I have spent 1000s of dollars on hair equipment, vacuums, and now an air purifier. Dyson BP03 Airflow Tilt Angle Direction

Hi all! Just got my BP03 today and loving it so far. I notice there’s tilt airflow angle setting to choose from between 50 degrees, 25 degrees, 0 degrees and I think a breeze function. Is there a best angle to choose to get the most ideal performance? For context, I have this in the kitchen/dining room area mainly to remove cooking odour in the corner of the room. Please let me know what setting/angle would work best for my use case, thanks!

Frustrating Customer Service Experience (November 2024)

Hope you are doing well. I originally placed an order for a Dyson fan on November 9th. On November 12th I received notice that my order had been shipped, with the status on ups as “label created but ups is pending receipt of item”. That status of my order stayed like that for the next week until I received an email on November 20th that an order had been placed for the same item I had ordered on November 9th. There was no context provided to me on that order on the 20th and the email made it appear like I was being charged again. Throughout these 11 days I contacted customer service numerous times. The customer service support I received was horrendous. The following information was provided to me by multiple customer service representatives to explain why my order was still waiting to be received by ups:- “your order is in route to ups, ups is still waiting on it coming from us”. PH04 unit - water tank depleting quickly

Just bought the PH04 unit last week. I've been running the purifier and humidifier on auto mode. Run the unit only at night to morning when I'm in the bedroom (totalling ~9 hours). However it looks like the water is depleted ~70% by morning. Was under the impression it should last about 36 hours. Confused why the water is depleting that quickly. Humidity level is around 43% so don't see that as an issue.

HP07 keeps shutting off

I have the HP07 running in auto mode. I've noticed that it will shut itself off. It's been in service since October, just checking right now and the filter is at 89%.Typically I'll use the app to put the device in auto mode. Some time later I'll notice that the unit isn't running. Looking at the app the unit is shown as off and the air quality usually isnt at the target. Pressing auto will bring it back to life.Is there a way to keep it in auto mode?

Dyson AM10 humidifier Not Strong

Hi everyone, I found that my AM10 is having a hard time humidifying the room. Put it into my son’s room (size about 80 sqft) with a full tank of water, set the humidity target to 60, fan speed to 1. Over the whole night, the humidity level hardly went above 38% (from 33%), and in the morning the water tank is still half full. Is there a setting I should change? Does the fan speed matter? Don’t want to turn it on too much because it will be loud for sleep.If it matters, I live in Ontario Canada with the overnight temperature about 0 C / 32 F. Also recently replaced the faulty piezo.Thanks a lot in advance!

HP09 Customer Service Abysmal - Is Warranty even honoured?!

As someone that has multiple Dyson products not sure if I will be spending my money with them in the future. I contacted Dyson service to help resolve my issue with the fan not working; I have it in the nursery so I can control the heat. I tried all the troubleshooting before hand and followed the steps through chat as well. I then had to argue with the service advisor to have a replacement. They want me to send in my old fan before I receive the replacement. But I still haven’t received a return label or even email regarding the confirmation. Amazing service for spending $1000 on what is now garbage. I’m still waiting for a canister for my Dyson V11 for a year that broke during warranty.

I owned a holiday park where I used Dyson products throughout, and I found them fantastic. After my retirement, I bought two Hot + Cool purifiers. Unfortunately, one of them stopped oscillating. Dyson picked it up, informed me that it wasn't repairable, and since it was still under warranty, they sent me a replacement.However, the second purifier also stopped oscillating, but this time it was outside the warranty period. I paid £99 for a repair and awaited the pickup. Without even picking up my broken unit, I received a no-reply email from Dyson stating that they declined to do the repair and offered me a 25% discount on a new one instead.I find it hard to understand how these machines can have such an obvious defect, and it feels like Dyson is playing a game, hoping to get through the warranty period without taking responsibility for a known fault. I consider this extremely arrogant. I plan to send details of my experience to Which magazine, as I am a subscriber given the nature of my

Design Defect Hot +Cool Air Treatment

Over the past couple of years, I have purchased two Dyson Hot and Cool machines. They are quite expensive, and I expected them to perform well. The first machine initially worked fine, but then it began to oscillate intermittently before completely stopping. I reported the issue to Dyson, who informed me that the machine could not be repaired and would be replaced at no cost to me. This made me question how a manufacturer could not fix their own products. Unfortunately, the second machine failed with the exact same problem. I arranged for it to be picked up for repair at a fixed price of £99. However, the day before the scheduled pickup, I received an email from Dyson (from a no-reply address) stating that, due to unspecified circumstances, they could not repair my machine without even inspecting it.
