Using UK AM07 Cool fan in the US

I am moving from the UK to the US, and would love to bring my AM07 Cool fan with me.Is it possible to use this device with a plug adaptor in the US (120v)?If not would it work with a step-down transformer?Please let me know, thank you.

Are there NO2 Sensor in Pure Cool Link TP03?

Hi - I recently bought a Dyson Pure Cool Link TP03. The app doesn’t display NO2 levels for indoor. Just wanted to check if NO2 sensor is present in the appliance that Inam using. Thank you for your support.  MK

Good evening, today I purchased the “dyson purifier hot+cool auto react (HP7A). when trying to connect to my phone, I was told to hold down to the power button for 5 seconds to activate the wifi, however nothing happened. many recommendations? thanks

Dyson HP04 filter issues - Combi vs Standard

Hello!  I’m new to this forum because this is the first issue I’ve had with my Dyson (I have 3 different).  I have an HP04 - Dyson Pure Hot+Cool.  We bought this machine in 2019 -used it everyday - changed the filters when required and all was fine until the last filter change.  I ordered a new filter, through Dyson, tried to install it and it’s not recognizing.  To clarify things a bit - originally this machine had a (for lack of a better term) 2 system filter.  You first put in the charcoal and then the other one went in front. Well, Dyson changed to an all in one filter and since then it gives me an error for the 2nd filter.  I’ve called the support desk - who told me to take it in to the service center.  I did that and I was told it needs a new motherboard and the motor was blown.  WTH!!!  This machine is only 3 years old…. I’ve reset it several times and every time it appears to be looking for the 2nd filter!  The fan still works although I’m not sure how - since the service cente

Does anyone know the HP09 current draw?

I’m considering buying an HP09. We would use it as supplemental heat in our bedroom. I’ve read that in full heat mode it is 2050 watts. At 120 volts that amounts to a 17 amp current draw. My bedroom outlets were wired with only #14 romex and they are on a 15 amp breaker. I assume that means just the HP09 on full heat would be tripping the breaker. Even if the outlets had been wired with #12 romex and were on a 20 amp breaker, if I were to turn on a 4 amp TV set, I’d still be tripping even a 20 amp breaker. I guess I’m trying to figure out if I’m going to end up wanting to run a dedicated 20 circuit for an HP09 before I purchase one. Does it recommend a dedicated circuit in the manual like many household appliances do in the manual?

Resolving issues with my Dyson TP04 air cleaner

Hey everyone,I wanted to share my experience with my Dyson TP04 EU/CH Wh/Sv 310130-01 air cleaner, which I bought at Jul 2020. Unfortunately, the device stopped turning on about six months ago, even though I barely used it. I took it to an authorized service center, and they said they could replace it with a different model without wireless features for 4000 TL.I have a few issues with this whole situation that I want to bring up. First of all, my original device had wireless features, which I thought were pretty essential. Secondly, the authorized service center couldn't give me a specific diagnosis of what was wrong with the device, so I don't even know what I'm paying for.I also have asthma, so I really rely on my Dyson vacuum cleaner and air cleaner to keep my air clean and healthy. It's frustrating that my air cleaner broke down for seemingly no reason and that I couldn't get any help.Has anyone else had this experience? What did you do to resolve it? I'd love to hear your thought

US - UL 1278 heating solution - Suggestion

Now I know a lot of us people in the USA can’t control heating via app because of safety concerns, but what if Dyson created a bluetooth system so that if it detects that you’re at least in range of the device. That way we can atleast turn on the heater while we’re in the house. Won’t be a solution for those who want to warm up the room in advance though, just for convenience in house.

Should I buy this Hot+Cool Dyson purifier?SPOTLIGHTED POST

Hi there, I was wondering if I should buy the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool™ Formaldehyde. The reason why I am asking this is because I heard these are energy efficient and have low running costs on the heating side.I live in London UK, and the normal central heating is around £450 a month. I was thinking to invest into one of these and possibly have the Dyson heat my home for less?Can an owner confirm how much the heating on one of these would cost, compared to Central Heating.I will only use this for around 1-2 hours a day on low/medium heat.Thank you!

Dyson HP04 - Air Quality Sensor Fault/No Humidity Reading

Good afternoon, This is a bit of a long one but I’m open to any suggestions at this point! Essentially, I bought this machine from Dyson in August 2022 and upon unboxing and using the machine I became aware that certain functionality wasn’t working - primarily the ‘auto’ functionality available through the app or controller.I raised this with Dyson within the first 14 days or so of receipt, they said they would swap it and arranged a delivery date. On the ‘delivery date’ for the swap, nothing happened. I therefore boxed the machine up and it has been sitting in my house (boxed) waiting for a replacement since August 2022. I contacted the team multiple times during that period, via Whatsapp, live chat, phone, trustpilot and even down the route of a ‘complaint’ - long story short, it never got fixed as they had no like-for-like machine in stock to ‘swap’ mine with and basically said there was nothing they could do.This month I gave up waiting for it to be swapped, so I asked for a repair

Purifier - DP04 - Can't reset filters using the MyDyson App

DP04 arrived on Monday - filters installed but the Dyson app shows 0% and ‘Filter Management’ is greyed out. New filters are on the way from Dyson but I don’t see how that will fix the issue. I have tried to reset on the remote but it does not update the app.  (Moderation Edit - Tags Updated)

Is it possible to swap power adapters for air treatment machines?

My family and I are currently living in Europe and we would like to purchase a air treatment device but want to ensure it will work when we go back to America. MyDyson App - Ukrainian App Store - Unavailable

Hello! I am from Ukraine and became a happy owner of PH04🥳 But I was very surprised that for Ukraine it is impossible to download MyDyson app😩 I had to register a new AppleID to install the app.  I don't understand why there are such restrictions?  You do not want people from Ukraine to use your equipment?) The application itself is not badly done, although it is a little crooked and sometimes stupid😕 Special thanks for the Russian language!  Albeit partial.  And it doesn't always fit on the screen.  But it's nice to have it) I would also like HomeKit support I hope the application will be available in the Ukrainian App Store in the next update. Thank you!🙏

Wishlist for the next Air Purifiers range!

I’d like to put a few things on a wish list for the next version of the software.Expose all measured values to the third party systems so we can ask our smart speakers what the temperature, humidity, air quality, etc. is at the unit. Allow air quality threshold to be a trigger so our smart speaker system routines can turn on other smart devices.

Purifier Switching on by itself - Help?

My purifier is switching on by itself. It’s not on auto mode. Random times. Also it shows indoors temp as 0 degrees (I’m in Perth and it’s 35 degrees outside). Grateful for any feedback. (Moderator Edit - Tags Added)

Replacement Humidifier - Ongoing stock issue

Dear CommunityHave one of the original Cryptomic purifier humidifiers. First one stopped working and they send a second one and after few months that stopped working. On WhatsApp after hours they are like sorry we dont have any in stock and after months they said the same. THey wont let me send it back and wont give me a new one or give me store credit to buy a new one, wont let me downgrade just to a purifier. I have started tweeting and they say so sorry DM us and we take care of this and DM is not available? SInce the beginning I probably owned 6-7 vacuum s and several purifiers and never seen the company in such bad shape. Is the company in trouble? ANy one know how to get intouch with any one at the HQ? Thank you.

Although I’m getting warm air blowing from the unit, the lower and upper areas of the air flow ar much cooler, it is not consistent warm air flow from the unit

Using Dyson's UK appliances in the US

Hi there, I will be shortly moving to the US from the UK and have a series of Dyson appliances which I would like to continue using. Most importantly I have a Dyson Pure Hot+Cool™ Black/Nickel that was purchased in the UK which is barely 2 years old. Can i use this in the US using a step up transformer? Or is there an exchange program at Dyson US which will enable me exchange the UK model with the equivalent US model? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)
