Buying a European machine for use in the UK (Air Purifier)

I am considering buying a TP09 from Europe but the plug is not compatible with UK sockets. Can it be used with an adapter? I know it may be a large plug and could be too heavy but is there a way to use a European model in the UK?

VOC sensor readings change after restart - Any suggestions?

I recently acquired the TP09. I noticed that the VOC reading starts increasing after a while until showing an intermediate air quality. However, if I then restart the device, the sensor shows good air quality. How can I interpret this?Attached is a screenshot showing the phenomenon. I started the device in the morning. The VOC increased slowly. The drop at around 2 pm occurred after I restarted the device.

Cross boarder exchange - Terrible service

I need help with the company's inaction.I bought my styler Dyson on April 2023. In Hong Kong I live in Phuket and my styler work LESS than 1 month. After that it’s don’t work.already I try to fix my problem 2 month. No one don’t want to help me in this world company. In Thailand they don’t fix it, and don’t move it to Hong Kong to fix or change for new one!I have all bills and screenshots in messenger’s. And I urge the company's management to contact me and solve my problem

Humidifier - Humidity/connection issues

Dyson replaced my first machine because it quit humidifying after four months. This new machine has NEVER humidified, nor can I connect it to wifi.This model is JUNK. Customer support is a shell game. I could have bought the model without the humidifier for hundreds less.And the reviews on this machine bear out exactly what I am saying.

My son bought us a Dyson AM07 Cool fan. We cannot get it to Oscillate?Arrows are lined up on base 1 to 2Fan part also lined up 1 to 2When pressing the Oscillate button you can hear a click but no movement. What are we doing wrong?

MyDyson App is unavailable at the Ukrainian App Store

Hello there!As a Dyson customer from Ukraine, I recently purchased the PH04 and I'm really enjoying it. However, I encountered an issue regarding the unavailability of the MyDyson app for download in Ukraine. It's quite inconvenient as I had to create a new Apple ID just to install the app. Unfortunately, changing my App Store region isn't an option for me at the moment due to connected subscriptions like Apple Music. I'm curious to understand the reason behind these restrictions. Does Dyson have any particular limitations or concerns about users from Ukraine utilizing your equipment?I'm hopeful that the MyDyson app will be made available in the Ukrainian App Store with the next update. Purifier - Increase in VOC levels

Hi I have the Dyson in our bedroom and noticed we had very high VOC levels from 10pm onwards until we got up in the morning. We took away a memory foam mattress topper and then for the next few night it was on green. Since then it has spiked in the early hours of the morning around 4am then comes down. What could be causing this? Our room also shows very high humidity which is over 70 every evening. Yesterday we used a dehumidifier and it came down but there was still a spike in the VOC reading. Does the humidity of the room affect it?We also notice that if anyone has a shower or bath the VOC reading will go up is this normal? Thank you Jenny

I love my Dyson!

I just acquired a Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde air purifier and I think it has been working wonderfully. :) We painted the house recently and I have definitely experienced an improvement in air quality. Hoping to unite all Dyson air purifier fans!My cat loves it too!

No TP09 Filters available to purchase from Dyson stores in the Philippines

I bought two TP09 fans from Dyson last year and the filters are now due to be changed.  However on going to the Dyson store to purchase replacements filters I was informed that there are no replacements filters available in the whole of the Philippines and that the earliest they might be available would be August. I find it hard to believe Dyson Philippines sell these expensive fans but do not have the replacement parts their customers need, especially during the hottest and most humid months of the year. No other solution was proposed by the sales clerk.How does it work in other countries?  Are replacements parts readily available in other countries and is this situation just something that applies to the Philippines?Are there other ways to buy replacements filters? If I cannot buy the replacement filters then these expensive fans are pretty much useless to me right now.

Can we bring back more purifier colours? (Especially for the UK)

Just some feedback / a request. Looking at the TP/HP 04&06 series the colourway options were so nice! (Much love for the Gunmetal/Bronze 06’s 😍 - that never made it to the UK). Would love to see more variation again, everything in the UK has the white loop now, nothing in black like other markets which is a shame.

Grey/White screen on Dyson Hot + Cool HP07 - Suggestions?!

Our HP07 fan seems to be functioning ok (as far as I can tell) but recently appears to have changed to show a grey/white screen when the unit is powered off (but still plugged into wall power) rather than the screen turning completely off/appearing black. Dyson HP04 filter issues - Combi vs Standard

Hello!  I’m new to this forum because this is the first issue I’ve had with my Dyson (I have 3 different).  I have an HP04 - Dyson Pure Hot+Cool.  We bought this machine in 2019 -used it everyday - changed the filters when required and all was fine until the last filter change.  I ordered a new filter, through Dyson, tried to install it and it’s not recognizing.  To clarify things a bit - originally this machine had a (for lack of a better term) 2 system filter.  You first put in the charcoal and then the other one went in front. Well, Dyson changed to an all in one filter and since then it gives me an error for the 2nd filter.  I’ve called the support desk - who told me to take it in to the service center.  I did that and I was told it needs a new motherboard and the motor was blown.  WTH!!!  This machine is only 3 years old…. I’ve reset it several times and every time it appears to be looking for the 2nd filter!  The fan still works although I’m not sure how - since the service cente

Does anyone know the HP09 current draw?

I’m considering buying an HP09. We would use it as supplemental heat in our bedroom. I’ve read that in full heat mode it is 2050 watts. At 120 volts that amounts to a 17 amp current draw. My bedroom outlets were wired with only #14 romex and they are on a 15 amp breaker. I assume that means just the HP09 on full heat would be tripping the breaker. Even if the outlets had been wired with #12 romex and were on a 20 amp breaker, if I were to turn on a 4 amp TV set, I’d still be tripping even a 20 amp breaker. I guess I’m trying to figure out if I’m going to end up wanting to run a dedicated 20 circuit for an HP09 before I purchase one. Does it recommend a dedicated circuit in the manual like many household appliances do in the manual?
