My air Purifier TP07 (bought April 2023) does not work anymore properly. With the wifi menu, there is an an exclamation mark and resetting the machine does not fix it. In the past I always had problems with it, suddenly the machine was longer to be found with the app and I was only able to fix it via removing it from the app and reset the machine. This no longer works now. I don’t find it anymore in the app.When I contacted Dyson support they ask me to go to a repair center in NJ, far away from Manhattan. It would require me to take an UBER and the cost would be like USD 200 for both ways.This is unacceptable how is it possible there is nothing in New York? How is it my fault that I received a faulty machine? There must be another way. Can you guys not send me a shipping tag?thanksSimon
I have had my PH3A for four days now, and it’s great except for one problem. When I use both the humidifier and purifier on auto, after a while the unit will shut down completely and won’t power back on unless it sits for 15 or 20 minutes. The 24-hour logging resets, which would tell me it’s not an auto-shutoff feature. When switched to auto purify, the fan kicks up to max, and the only way I can have both the purifier and humidifier on (so far) is to have the purifier fan on a lower manual setting.
I bought my Dyson air treatment device paying about 700 pounds although there are similar products for 150 pounds on the market. Expecting at least a standard service.First delivery - They sent a used product with tear and wear everywhere in a torn apart box. Took me one hour of debate with customer services to arrange an exchange.Second delivery - They surprisingly sent a new device. It stopped working in 10 days with a permanent exclamation mark on it. Had to go through multiple interviews with customer services to arrange an exchange.Third delivery - used product again with obvious wear marks on it, with a filter full of dust because of prior usage. Now, I have lost my hope.It has been 8 weeks since I purchased this product paying an amount that can purchase four of the same product, and I still do not have a device. Hey guys, just wanted to stop by and share some frustrations im experiencing with my Dyson TP04 air purifier. Currently the app is refusing to let me use the scheduling facility, nor can I access the filter management function. The app says that a software update is in progress and I will be able to use the scheduling and other features after it has completed. Thing is, its not updating, at the unit itself its not showing the update icon, just normal operations and if I go into the settings and turn off auto update it just says ‘update scheduled’ but it never comes, but is connected to the internet as I can control it through the app or alexa. I have tried resetting the device and removing and readding it to the app and nothing has worked. I even spoke with Dyson who said they could manually update it at the workshop and so it was collected and sent back there. It came back with ‘no fault found’ and no manual update had been completed. HiI’ve managed to add my Hairdryer with no issues, but both of my fans’ serial numbers are not recognised.I need to troubleshoot the BP01 so need to add it to the app. Any suggestions on how to add them to the app when the serial numbers aren’t recognised?TIATra y
I have had my BP01 Pure Cool me for a few years now, but one issue that is driving me mad, is I’m having to change the remote battery every couple of weeks. I have tried different brands but it it makes no difference, just ordered another 10 batteries to keep me going. Is anyone else having the same problem, or do I have a rogue one?
I have a Dp04 purifier. I can't get filter management or continuous monitoring to work, I've done all the resets several times it always says when I've reset it that it needs an update it is on auto-update but the software version hasn't changed. I saw a post about communication issues with the servers and updates with the machine. If you could please help me out I'd greatly appreciate it.
Once the target temperature has been reached how far must the temperature fall before heater re-starts. that is, how sensitive is the thermostat. will heating restart after 1 degree fall or 0.1 degree fall.When maintaining room temperature will a lower gentle heat be applied or the the full 2kw.
I just got my air purifier it worked perfected the first day but the second day there started to be a terrible smell. The air quality has always been in the green so it’s not like it’s been working overtime. Is this normal? The smell gives me a headache so not something I can get over. It smells like paint/plastic or something like that. I’ve opened the filter site and everything seems to be okay.
I am considering buying a TP09 from Europe but the plug is not compatible with UK sockets. Can it be used with an adapter? I know it may be a large plug and could be too heavy but is there a way to use a European model in the UK?

I recently acquired the TP09. I noticed that the VOC reading starts increasing after a while until showing an intermediate air quality. However, if I then restart the device, the sensor shows good air quality. How can I interpret this?Attached is a screenshot showing the phenomenon. I started the device in the morning. The VOC increased slowly. The drop at around 2 pm occurred after I restarted the device.

Dyson replaced my first machine because it quit humidifying after four months. This new machine has NEVER humidified, nor can I connect it to wifi.This model is JUNK. Customer support is a shell game. I could have bought the model without the humidifier for hundreds less.And the reviews on this machine bear out exactly what I am saying.

Hello there!As a Dyson customer from Ukraine, I recently purchased the PH04 and I'm really enjoying it. However, I encountered an issue regarding the unavailability of the MyDyson app for download in Ukraine. It's quite inconvenient as I had to create a new Apple ID just to install the app. Unfortunately, changing my App Store region isn't an option for me at the moment due to connected subscriptions like Apple Music. I'm curious to understand the reason behind these restrictions. Does Dyson have any particular limitations or concerns about users from Ukraine utilizing your equipment?I'm hopeful that the MyDyson app will be made available in the Ukrainian App Store with the next update. Hi I have the Dyson in our bedroom and noticed we had very high VOC levels from 10pm onwards until we got up in the morning. We took away a memory foam mattress topper and then for the next few night it was on green. Since then it has spiked in the early hours of the morning around 4am then comes down. What could be causing this? Our room also shows very high humidity which is over 70 every evening. Yesterday we used a dehumidifier and it came down but there was still a spike in the VOC reading. Does the humidity of the room affect it?We also notice that if anyone has a shower or bath the VOC reading will go up is this normal? Thank you Jenny
I just acquired a Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde air purifier and I think it has been working wonderfully. :) We painted the house recently and I have definitely experienced an improvement in air quality. Hoping to unite all Dyson air purifier fans!My cat loves it too!
I bought two TP09 fans from Dyson last year and the filters are now due to be changed. However on going to the Dyson store to purchase replacements filters I was informed that there are no replacements filters available in the whole of the Philippines and that the earliest they might be available would be August. I find it hard to believe Dyson Philippines sell these expensive fans but do not have the replacement parts their customers need, especially during the hottest and most humid months of the year. No other solution was proposed by the sales clerk.How does it work in other countries? Are replacements parts readily available in other countries and is this situation just something that applies to the Philippines?Are there other ways to buy replacements filters? If I cannot buy the replacement filters then these expensive fans are pretty much useless to me right now.
I would like a list of the raw materials of Dyson Cool AM07 as well as the list of suppliers that provide them. I need them for a coursework, and i can’t find any reports that include these information.
