Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ dead after 2 years

Purchased Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ PH01 (Black/Nickel) 2 years ago. A few months shy of the warranty expiring machine stops detecting tank. Customer service barely troubleshoots and sends new tower column.With new tower in machine still did not detect tank and warning symbol displayed. Option from support drive 40 minutes each way to drop off machine to center who may be able to fix it at a cost. At the price I paid for machine for it to last 2 years is disgusting!!!!! I have been a huge Dyson product owner with multiple vacuums and at least 5 hair care products and this is service you get.Definitely will be avoiding future purchases and would highly recommend not buying their air care products if they last so little of time!!

How to fix the non-sto rotation (swing around) error of Dyson bladeless fan??

I bough a Dyson air purified fan from Japan to Viet nam then it have been operating very good but now it swing around nonstop even I put it off ! I althought touch on its swing button many time but it can not stop swing around unless it unplug! pls give me an advise soon What is it wrong?? What is the difference between Dyson HP09 and HP09 YY?CARB lists Dyson HP09 as using mechanical filtration and HP09 YY as using electrical filtration. Are they not the same machine using same technique??

Big + Quiet Software Bug, the saga continues...

Dyson Big + Quiet Formaldehyde Software bug, the saga continues As the title suggests we are now on our second Big + Quiet air purifier, whilst the build quality and purification of the machine is without a doubt first class, the software is a completely different story.I've reached out to numerous outlets in Dyson, higher up the command chain via their emails, which go completely ignored to finally getting a sort of response with sending my findings to the software vulnerability email, which I was told someone from the product team "might be in touch" shocker, no one has been, and this issue whilst most might not be aware of is starting to become abit of a joke, the fact no one takes responsibility is concerning.The issue again relates to the ambient lighting sensor not adjusting the screen brightness at all, this was fine on the previous software but since the update to 0664PF.00.08.005.0002 the brightness is just stuck at full until the power is cut to the machine, again after powe

Dyson Pure Cool Auto-React TP7A constantly says 0 in each category

Hi guys, this is my first post however I am having trouble with my Dyson. I got it quite recently and haven’t used it much. It’s always been stuck on 0 for a while. Each category is stuck and the weather is stuck on -2. Really weird as I reset the whole system and the reset the filter functionality. This still didn’t fix it as I tested it by spraying into the filter but this didn’t change the status on the LED screen. Surely it should have gone red on the LED. I’m not sure what is going on. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks everyone in advance.

Does the Dyson Air Tower and Dyson Vaccuum work in Australia?

I have a Dyson Pure Cool TP01 and a Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead bought in the US, and we are relocating to Australia.I know the voltages are different and things like toasters won’t work with an adapter, but electronics like computers will.These Dyson products fall kind of between so I’m curious if people have experience with whether a cooling tower / fan and a cordless vacuum will work with an adapter.Not worried about warranties etc, just whether people know.Thanks!

Serial number not recognised

I have a new hot + cool jet focus fan. Tried to register it on the website. It will not accept the serial number. I have checked the number and tried several times. Then tried to do it by telephone, as instructed, but there is no option to register. It is really a bad experience so far. Then tried to use the chat - eventually said they will get back within 30 Minutes. The pre-selectedoptions do not include an inability to register the product. Anyone know why Dyson is so difficult to deal with and what I can do? Thankyou

Exhange issue with Dyson Pure Cool Me

Hi,Has anyone had any issues with getting Dyson to exchange products when they’re faulty? It’s been over a month now, I’ve rang up numerous times, they always ‘book’ it in, send me a blank email with no details and tell me to wait a week but then nothing happens. I use the the Pure Cool me purifier for my newborn at night as it helps his breathing. I only used the machine a month before it stopped working. Don’t really know what to do as keep chasing it up is just getting draining now.

Replacement is being provided in wrong color, please suggest

A few weeks ago, my Dyson TP07 air purifier showed a fault notification. Customer support arranged for a representative to inspect it, and they determined it needed repair. After sending it in, I was told the issue was with the PCB and offered a full replacement since it’s only 4 months old. However, they only had white replacements, while I had ordered black due to dust concerns and aesthetic reasons. I asked for a black replacement or to repair my original machine. They initially agreed to repair it but later said repair wasn’t possible and again offered a white replacement. I refused and insisted on a black one. Am I being unreasonable? I specifically chose the black TP07 and just want it repaired or replaced in the same color. Please advise.

New Filter formadehyde TP09 VS hold metal

I bought 2 TP09s 2 weeks ago but they came with the new non-metal Formaldehyde filters. However, I just tested it without my blue filters, which gave me more air power. I also tested with a friend's old formaldehyde filter that I had borrowed from metal on my new TP09 and then the air flow was strangely higher!!! I am not impressed with Dyson's service to which they are incapable of answering me correctly without telling me that I just have to remove my new generation blue filters which will result in exactly a TP07 model without these filters!!! However, they cut off the conversation without answering me!!! I am not impressed and a tower fan projects more air power than my current Dyson which I will probably return before my 30 days given the very poor after-sales service I receive and also that the models in the USA versus in Canada like the HP09 Nickel\Gold available in the USA is strangely not available in Canada then I have no information when or how I could get them since if I bu

Price of replacement filters

I have two dyson fans: one ordinary fan and one extremely expensive air purifier. The replacement filters last just one year. Last year the replacement filter cost £60 which was exorbitant. Now they cost £85!! You have got to be joking! Why the price increase? There is no way I am going to buy one of these!

At this point, I would like to activate the consumer protection act and simply get a refund for the defected machine. I’ve tried so much to get it fixed and give up now. Dreadful Customer Service UK - Repeat faulty TP09 fans and no contact for written complaint.

Can someone please advice or help? I’m at the end of my tether with Dyson.I'm getting in touch to try and reach a resolution regarding this issue, I've been on the phone and online chat to Dyson so many times and not been able to reach a proper resolution.There is no competent person in customer services and no way to raise a written complaint and escalate. I’ve been promised that ‘manager’ or ‘supervisor’ will call within 3 days and they never do. I've explained the issue but there are problems with comprehension and I've not received a response when they promise to open cases and that someone will come back to me but they never do.A couple of weeks ago I finally got a person on the phone who seemed like they knew what they were doing, who agreed that they would supply an alternative model. However they sent the same one again which is again faulty.My original machine was purchased in July 2022 and worked wonderfully, TP07Unfortunately the airflow stopped working completely in October

AM07 fan

So bit of a weird one. We’ve just bought this Dyson AM07 tower fan today. Initially worked fine. Now when we turn it on, it flashed “10” for about a second, blows air in that second, then turns off again. I’ve tried it on different plugs, but no joy so far. I’ve tired to restart it by holding down the power button but nothing seems to happen. Any suggestions please?

Hi, I recently purchased the Dyson HP09. It’s a nice product but, unfortunately, the MyDyson app is not available in Ukraine. While the product works well, having access to the app would be a valuable addition, potentially influencing my consideration of future Dyson purchases.I don’t mind if the app is in English; having it available in any language would be greatly appreciated.Are there any plans to support the MyDyson app in Ukraine? Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP7A Autoreact Auto mode not working?

Hi,I may be misunderstanding - but this HP7A model never seems to switch off or resume from standby when in auto mode. Should it? I press auto on the remote, there is a white letter “A” on the LCD next to the fan. The fan speed does vary depending on about of pollutants. However, it carries on indefinitely even when the pollutant level is zero. Should it not then go into standby? Also, when i do put it in standby, the manual says it continues to monitor air quality. However, it never resumes from standby unless I do it manually. Is this a fault or is something wrong with what I am doing? Note I am not running it in temperature mode - Hence it is not trying to heat/cool the room at the same time. It is just used in fan mode ONLY, and yet never seems to switch off/on automatically. This happens in a sealed room as well, with the doors closed it is only working on the air in the room.

Digits not showing on Dyson Air purifier screen

My Dyson sir purifier always used to have a number on the screen on the device that would show at a quick glance what the air quality was like. If we sprayed perfume or deodorant for example the number would go up. This has now disappeared and there is just a flat green line that never moves. How do I get the number back?
