TP04 Auto function running while air quality is good

Hi everyone, the auto function keeps running even though the air quality is green across all measures. It doesn’t say what fan speed, but in guessing it’s running close to max (10). I know this happens initially to get an air quality reading, but this has been going in for some time. Today, it was running on full when I got out of bed. We have no pets and I’ve also cleaned around the sensors. Can anyone help?

Incorrect VOC values?

Hello everyone,I bought a Dyson Humidify Purifier + Cool a month ago. The appliance worked perfectly for a month.From time to time, the "VOC value" rose into the yellow medium range due to disinfectant used in the home. In the meantime, the value is now always in the yellow range. As soon as you open the windows and ventilate the bedroom, the value drops back into the green good range.As soon as you close the windows again, this value rises back into the orange range.I cleaned all the carpets in the room, bed linen and so on as a test - the situation remains the same.I have also vacuumed the sensors, still the same.However, when I switch the device off + unplug it and then plug it in again & let it run, the value that was yellow before I unplugged it is now green & no longer increases.Is the device defective? Or what could be the reason?

AM07 Power Failure

Turned my AM07 fan on and ran fine for about 10 minutes then it just stopped as though no power was getting to it. Tried to restart but no good even from remote and also after changing the batteries on the plug and remote.  Any ideas most welcome

Dyson Pure Cool volume of air & loudness.

We have (2) Dyson Pure Cool fans. I’m going to post my observation of its behavior over the past 18-20 months. I’d be interested if people have had same behavior or maybe share a thought to mitigate some of my quips.Since new it always seemed in order to move air (and I’m 10-12’ away.) I’d have to have fan on setting 8-10 and the sound of the motors are pretty obvious (loud!).Yes, we change filters as needed.Anybody have any input? Is this just the norm? OR is there a quieter motor w/capabilities to move more air. Maybe this fan is designed for low flow and filtering air only. Which I find it really hard to believe this small fan can “filter” the air in a room to make a scientific reading from a sensor….So I’d like to hear there is a recall on fan motors and the new is quieter and it moves more air. Anybody have any suggestions/share experience.

Replacement filter not available after 3 months

Hi there, I have been a long time user of the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Purifier. About 3 months ago, I got a message in my app stating that the filter should be replaced soon, so I attempted to purchase one from the online Australian store. It said there was none in stock, so I put my email address in to be notified when stock will arrive. This morning, it now says a replacement is required, however I still am yet to receive an email say stock has arrived. I have tried to purchase one again, but am getting the same message. While I love the product, the support in purchasing replacement filters I less than ordinary 😕. Could someone please advise when the replacement part 968101-05 will be available for purchasing again and whether stock replacement support will improve. While I love using this product, if filters can’t be purchased within a reasonable time, I would have no choice but to trash this and get a different brand.

Dyson Support not helping

I bought a Dyson HEPA Purifier Cool TP09 at the start of this month. Straight out of the box it would not connect to the WiFi.I have had FIVE support calls in the last three weeks. Support 1.) Troubleshooting. Can’t figure out what is wrong. Will ‘escalate’ and I will receive a call back within 72 hours. No phone call. After 7 days I called Support again.Support 2.) Video call troubleshooting. Can’t figure out what is wrong. They will ‘escalate’ and I will receive call back within 72 hours. I said they said that last time and no one bother to ring back. They said no no this time they will. no call back received. After another 7 days I call support again. Support 3.) It is now over 2 weeks since I received a faulty machine. Thursday 20th I call again. I am offered repair and I said no I would like a replacement because this has not even been used yet. Support sets up a collection of faulty machine for Tuesday 25th of June. Says I will receive replacement machine in 10 working days as it

Can't control Pure Hot + Cool (HP03) on app

I purchase the HP03 a few wks ago. It originally allowed me to control it when I wasn't home on the MyDyson app. However it stopped a wk ago and I can't get it to work again.I have tried: unplugging at powerpoint, turning off at PowerPoint and back on after a few minutes, removing from app and reinstalling, pressing on and off button for 5 seconds, 20 seconds etc…I am able to control the machine when I'm at home and on the same home WiFi, but one of the reasons I purchased this machine was so I could control it when I'm not home.Any help would be appreciated.

Can I connect my Dyson Autoreact purifier to WiFi?

Hi I have a Dyson cool purifier auto react fan. I have been on the phone to Dyson to be able to link this fan to my mobile. He tried explaining over the phone, but said I was doing the instructions wrong.He then sent me a link from you tube. But this is not working either. Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ dead after 2 years

Purchased Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ PH01 (Black/Nickel) 2 years ago. A few months shy of the warranty expiring machine stops detecting tank. Customer service barely troubleshoots and sends new tower column.With new tower in machine still did not detect tank and warning symbol displayed. Option from support drive 40 minutes each way to drop off machine to center who may be able to fix it at a cost. At the price I paid for machine for it to last 2 years is disgusting!!!!! I have been a huge Dyson product owner with multiple vacuums and at least 5 hair care products and this is service you get.Definitely will be avoiding future purchases and would highly recommend not buying their air care products if they last so little of time!!

How to fix the non-sto rotation (swing around) error of Dyson bladeless fan??

I bough  a Dyson  air purified fan from Japan to Viet nam then it have been operating very good but now it swing around nonstop even I put it off ! I althought touch on its swing button many time  but it can not stop swing around unless it unplug! pls give me an advise soon What is it wrong?? What is the difference between Dyson HP09 and HP09 YY?

What is the difference between  Dyson HP09  and HP09 YY?CARB lists Dyson HP09  as using mechanical  filtration and HP09 YY as using  electrical  filtration. Are they not the same machine using same technique??

Big + Quiet Software Bug, the saga continues...

Dyson Big + Quiet Formaldehyde Software bug, the saga continues  As the title suggests we are now on our second Big + Quiet air purifier, whilst the build quality and purification of the machine is without a doubt first class, the software is a completely different story.I've reached out to numerous outlets in Dyson, higher up the command chain via their emails, which go completely ignored to finally getting a sort of response with sending my findings to the software vulnerability email, which I was told someone from the product team "might be in touch" shocker, no one has been, and this issue whilst most might not be aware of is starting to become abit of a joke, the fact no one takes responsibility is concerning.The issue again relates to the ambient lighting sensor not adjusting the screen brightness at all, this was fine on the previous software but since the update to 0664PF.00.08.005.0002 the brightness is just stuck at full until the power is cut to the machine, again after powe

Dyson Pure Cool Auto-React TP7A constantly says 0 in each category

Hi guys, this is my first post however I am having trouble with my Dyson. I got it quite recently and haven’t used it much. It’s always been stuck on 0 for a while. Each category is stuck and the weather is stuck on -2. Really weird as I reset the whole system and the reset the filter functionality. This still didn’t fix it as I tested it by spraying into the filter but this didn’t change the status on the LED screen. Surely it should have gone red on the LED. I’m not sure what is going on. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks everyone in advance.

Does the Dyson Air Tower and Dyson Vaccuum work in Australia?

I have a Dyson Pure Cool TP01 and a Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead bought in the US, and we are relocating to Australia.I know the voltages are different and things like toasters won’t work with an adapter, but electronics like computers will.These Dyson products fall kind of between so I’m curious if people have experience with whether a cooling tower / fan and a cordless vacuum will work with an adapter.Not worried about warranties etc, just whether people know.Thanks!

Serial number not recognised

I have a new hot + cool jet focus fan.  Tried to register it on the website.  It will not accept the serial number.  I have checked the number and tried several times.  Then tried to do it by telephone, as instructed, but there is no option to register.  It is really a bad experience so far.   Then tried to use the chat - eventually said they will get back within 30 Minutes.  The pre-selectedoptions do not include an inability to register the product.  Anyone know why Dyson is so difficult to deal with and what I can do?  Thankyou

Exhange issue with Dyson Pure Cool Me

Hi,Has anyone had any issues with getting Dyson to exchange products when they’re faulty? It’s been over a month now, I’ve rang up numerous times, they always ‘book’ it in, send me a blank email with no details and tell me to wait a week but then nothing happens. I use the the Pure Cool me purifier for my newborn at night as it helps his breathing. I only used the machine a month before it stopped working. Don’t really know what to do as keep chasing it up is just getting draining now.
