Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool issue

I have had the purifier Humidify + cool for 3 years now.I used it quite well the first year, then moved to a place with better air and didn’t use it much.I tried to turn it back on a few days ago to realize that it was asking me to replace the filter. Bad luck to me, they are out of stock on Dyson’s website.I also tried to run a cleaning cycle as I haven’t had in the past and felt to clean all of it. I bought some citric powder and tried to ran the test.I got stuck on the cleaning timer after 10 scds and found great help online to try to solve it. I did all the steps but doesnt help.I got the Dyson customer support (Anna) person on the phone, and to be honest she was not of any help.She just said you have to send back your humidifier and it costs 125€. No other choice.Then I ran quite a few topics on the web and it seems that this pump breaking is happening to most of our humidifer and it’s a well known problem from Dyson, mostly about the manufacturing initially. Therefore, I’d like t

Is it possible to recycle or return old HEPA and Activated Carbon Filters back to Dyson

Rather than throw away an old HEPA and Activated Carbon Filter in regular bin/landfill, is it possible to return to Dyson for refurbishing or recycling?

Wondering if anyone has been able to make their Japan purchased Dyson products such an air purifier fan cool link work on a US MyDyson app? Having troubles just getting my Japanese device added to MyDyson app. Also haven’t had any luck finding any other topics related posted. Would be great if I could make it work 😆

HP09 is faulty - display Alert icon

I bought HP09 PURIFIER HOT+COOL FORMALDEHYDE early this year. It works well but suddenly just last 2 weeks ago stops working. When turning on, it displays Alert icon (Exclamation mark) on the display area. I searched online and on Dyson support website. Tried resetting by pressing both power button and power button of the remote control at the same time but it still doesn't work.I reached out to Dyson customer support (facebook messenger). They did some verification on my identity and serial number for warranty. But then after a couple of days, they stop responding to my message and ghosting me. I feel abandoned and helpless.Right now, I still don't get any support or reply from them. Does anyone have the same problem? Did you eventually get it fixed?

Dyson Purifier Cool Gen1 TP10 Functionality

My question is fairly simple, however I can’t really find a simple answer on the Dyson site.My questions are:  Does the air purification only work when set on Auto? ….or when I have it on fan mode, is the air purification actively working then as well?When I put it on Auto, the fan doesn’t really run when the air quality is good however I like to have the fan running all night while I’m sleeping and I’m simply curious whether in fan mode it is still actively purifying the air while we sleep OR is it simply blowing air around?

Remove Change Filter Message From App.

Hi Everyone, my name is Gary and new to this community.i got a message in the Dyson app to change my filter. Tried to buy a replacement but Dyson were out of stock when i finally got to purchase the filter using the app. I got my filter in good time and changed the filter.I thought as I did in the past as this is not the first time I have changed the filter that this message would go away.Not so, now each time I use the app it displays this annoying message “Your filter needs changing” Dismiss or Purchase Filter !!!!!  QUESTION: how do I get rid of this annoying message and reset the fact that the filter has been changed?Are there many people who have this problem? And why can’t you get hold of Dyson to help with this problem?

my dyson pure hot + cold link doesn’t oscillate on the warm setting, however when it’s on the cold setting it oscillates fine. why is that?

TP02 remote works intermittantly

TP02 fan has stopped communicating with remote. It has gotten progressively worse and now won’t turn on at all.checked batteries twice. Fan power button also unresponsive. was planning on kicking it next. - saving for last resort.

Dyson PH01 Pump Power Outage

 I got 2 Dyson Purifiers PH01 and after a poweroutage both waterpumps stopped working. Is is possible this power outage damaged them? I got the water cycle message in orange but when I try to run it l, it gets stuck after 10 secs and that's all. Please, if you think the power outage could have damaged the water pumps let me know so that I could buy some replacements. Thanks a lot.

TP04 Auto function running while air quality is good

Hi everyone, the auto function keeps running even though the air quality is green across all measures. It doesn’t say what fan speed, but in guessing it’s running close to max (10). I know this happens initially to get an air quality reading, but this has been going in for some time. Today, it was running on full when I got out of bed. We have no pets and I’ve also cleaned around the sensors. Can anyone help?

Can't control Pure Hot + Cool (HP03) on app

I purchase the HP03 a few wks ago. It originally allowed me to control it when I wasn't home on the MyDyson app. However it stopped a wk ago and I can't get it to work again.I have tried: unplugging at powerpoint, turning off at PowerPoint and back on after a few minutes, removing from app and reinstalling, pressing on and off button for 5 seconds, 20 seconds etc…I am able to control the machine when I'm at home and on the same home WiFi, but one of the reasons I purchased this machine was so I could control it when I'm not home.Any help would be appreciated.

Can I connect my Dyson Autoreact purifier to WiFi?

Hi I have a Dyson cool purifier auto react fan. I have been on the phone to Dyson to be able to link this fan to my mobile. He tried explaining over the phone, but said I was doing the instructions wrong.He then sent me a link from you tube. But this is not working either. Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ dead after 2 years

Purchased Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool™ PH01 (Black/Nickel) 2 years ago. A few months shy of the warranty expiring machine stops detecting tank. Customer service barely troubleshoots and sends new tower column.With new tower in machine still did not detect tank and warning symbol displayed. Option from support drive 40 minutes each way to drop off machine to center who may be able to fix it at a cost. At the price I paid for machine for it to last 2 years is disgusting!!!!! I have been a huge Dyson product owner with multiple vacuums and at least 5 hair care products and this is service you get.Definitely will be avoiding future purchases and would highly recommend not buying their air care products if they last so little of time!!

What is the difference between Dyson HP09 and HP09 YY?

What is the difference between  Dyson HP09  and HP09 YY?CARB lists Dyson HP09  as using mechanical  filtration and HP09 YY as using  electrical  filtration. Are they not the same machine using same technique??

Big + Quiet Software Bug, the saga continues...

Dyson Big + Quiet Formaldehyde Software bug, the saga continues  As the title suggests we are now on our second Big + Quiet air purifier, whilst the build quality and purification of the machine is without a doubt first class, the software is a completely different story.I've reached out to numerous outlets in Dyson, higher up the command chain via their emails, which go completely ignored to finally getting a sort of response with sending my findings to the software vulnerability email, which I was told someone from the product team "might be in touch" shocker, no one has been, and this issue whilst most might not be aware of is starting to become abit of a joke, the fact no one takes responsibility is concerning.The issue again relates to the ambient lighting sensor not adjusting the screen brightness at all, this was fine on the previous software but since the update to 0664PF.00.08.005.0002 the brightness is just stuck at full until the power is cut to the machine, again after powe

Dyson Pure Cool Auto-React TP7A constantly says 0 in each category

Hi guys, this is my first post however I am having trouble with my Dyson. I got it quite recently and haven’t used it much. It’s always been stuck on 0 for a while. Each category is stuck and the weather is stuck on -2. Really weird as I reset the whole system and the reset the filter functionality. This still didn’t fix it as I tested it by spraying into the filter but this didn’t change the status on the LED screen. Surely it should have gone red on the LED. I’m not sure what is going on. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks everyone in advance.
