AM09 flashing F2 error

My AM09 fan is flashing F2 error. I tried the usual turning it on and off a few times but the problem persists. How can I fix this?

HP07 Hot + Cool

We got our Hot + Cool HP07 yesterday. Looks very nice but I’m not sure if it’s good for the job.I set the temp to 19 and put it on Auto mode. It’s still  blowing hot air even though it says that room temp is 19. We’ve put close to sofa and frankly when I’m sat on the sofa I can’t feel the warm air, it seems to be getting cold by the time it gets to me.  Not sure what tariff we’re on but it also seems to be using a lot of electrics. I I literally had it running for like 30 mins and according to my smart meter it used about 80p which is a lot really.  Any suggestions?

Dyson Exchange of Airwrap

I bought my Dyson airwrap a little over 2 years ago and began experiencing issues with it randomly turning off and then a random burning smell so I called Dyson. They were nice enough to allow me to exchange the airwrap however at this point it has been 1 month since the exchange process has started and over 3 weeks since Dyson has recieved the old airwrap. I have contacted their customer service via chat, email, and phone at minimum 20 times and am always just given the run around that they are “working on it”. I understand the holiday times makes things crazy but this just seems a little ridiculous. At this rate I’m not sure if I will ever get a new device. Is anyone else experiencing issues with exchanges?

HP04 Sensors malfunctioning, customer service is impossible to contact

I have owned many Dyson products and have owned the air cleaner HP04 for 3-4 years. Have loved the machine and app but when it comes to getting troubleshooting help from someone other than a chatbot, forget it.The sensors (2) are not functioning correctly on the unit as I have tried everything from hard resets, to claeaning/vacuuming the ports and filters, etc. It’s to no avail. Tried al day to get with customer service, denied.

Dyson Airwrap Origin multi-styler and dryer Blue/copper?

I would like to purchase the "Dyson Airwrap Origin multi-styler and dryer" but there is only in grey and gold, when will the Blue and copper option be available?Or how can I select the tools I want without having to select a set kit, for example I don't really want all 9 tools like the air hard and soft brush.

Energy Use information

Many Smart Tech organisations are now providing energy consumption information on their Apps. When is Dyson going to do the same? This is most relevant for the Dyson heaters/filters fans, which by their very nature and constant use are going to be relatively high energy users. Once you know how much energy is being used, you can modify the controls to limit energy use. Would be very useful!

Big+Quiet BP03 temperature reading too high

Hey guys,Recently we got a Big+Quiet BP03 purifier, have it for about 5 days now, it has been generally great and living up to our expectations. We have it running full time mostly on auto.But there is just one thing - the temperature reading seems to be always around 2 degrees higher compared to our other thermometers (both analogue and digital ones). E.g. when it is around 26°C, the purifier would show 28°C. The reading does move up and down relatively as the temperature changes, but the number is always a bit high.We tried vacuuming the sensor ports, and also did a few factory resets (by holding down power button on both remote and the unit for 10 seconds), but it is still the same.Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way to manually calibrate the temperature?

AM10 Humidfier Clicking / Water drippping noise

Hi Everyone, I recently bought a Dyson Am10 humidifier and put it into my son’s room to help his nose allergy / blood issue.The machine looks nice and it works well by improving the humidity level within the room.However, we noticed that it constantly has a water dripping / clicking noise when running. Sometimes the noise is so loud that it can wake the kid up during the night.Just wondering if this is normal. We even went to the Dyson store to check, and the demo machine does not seem to have this issue.Any insights will be appreciated.Thank you!!! (Moderation edit - link removed)

Dyson Purifier Humidify + Cool Formaldehyde - Not sure if it's purifier or humidifier is working

I recently purchased the Dyson Purifier Humidify + Cool Formaldehyde.  Since I got it a few weeks ago, the air quality in the room has always been “good.”  It may change slightly but never goes out of the “good” category.  This is despite the fact that it’s in a small studio apartment and I cook with a gas stove.  I can’t imagine the air quality is “good” when I’m cooking.  Now, I also have an older Dyson Pure Cool Link that I purchased in late 2017 in the same room.  According to this purifier, the air quality in the room does change and sometimes this purifier will show that the air quality is “poor” while the newer Purifier Humidify shows that it’s “good.”  Does this indicate that the newer machine isn’t working or are there differences between the machines in what they classify as “good” vs. “poor”?

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from your agency regarding a purifier device that I purchased on few months ago The serial number of the device is [Moderation edit - personal information removed] Since its purchase, the purifier device has consistently displayed error messages, requiring me to restart it frequently for it to function properly. However, despite my efforts to rectify the issue, the device eventually stopped working altogether. In light of this situation, I decided to send it to your agency for repairs After patiently waiting for a few weeks, I received the purifier device back from your agency with the assurance that it had been perfectly fixed. PM 2.5 and 10 sensor has a unusual high reading in sudden

We have a Dyson air purifier at the bedroom, which had some unusual high readings from PM 2.5 and PM 10 sensors in the last couple of days. The readings had sudden increases, once in the evening and another time in the early morning, both were from numbers around 10 to over 150 within 30 minutes, and kept in a high value for a few hours. There was no changes in the environment.Could this be a sensor issue?

Returns Page isn't working, impossible to reach customer service

Dyson’s  return page isn’t loading, and I cannot get a hold on anyone to provide me with instructions to return my product. Trying here to get a hold on someone to help me. It is unacceptable that this company sells luxury electronics, yet their customer service seems to be non-existent.

AM09 - Action after heating

I have a AM09 and noticed that once the heater had reached the temperature I set it for, shuts off, which is what I expected.However, whilst sitting in my now heated room, I felt a draft.  On inspection I felt the breeze coming from the AM09 itself.  It’s not at the volume the warm air came out but just a breeze and felt cool (probably just a fan of room temperature air).  The red circle (on off) at the front was illuminated.Is this correct?  I cannot see anything about this in the book and surprised that after my room is heated, it’s blowing out a feint breeze of cooler/non heated air…Many thanks

tp10 gen 1 combi filter cleaning question

so i took my combi filters out of the dyson and used my dyson vacuum to clean the outside of it. now it doesnt seem to clean everything out of the air as well as it used to. did i ruin my filters?thanks

HP04 heater is blowing cool air.

I purchased an HP04 renewed about 3 weeks ago. This evening I turned on the heater but the room didn’t warm up. I checked the info panel and saw that it was 66 degrees and it was set at 74. The fan was on 4. I turned up the fan to 9 and after 10 minutes the room temperature was still 66 degrees. 20 minutes later it is 67 degrees. There are no error codes that I noticed. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, no change. Any suggestions?

How does airflow speed affect the filter life of a Dyson purifier?

Is Filter life deteriorated same way on different fan speed?Ex- I am running machine at speed 10 for whole night vs running the machine whole night at spped of 5, so filter life will be deteriorated same on different speeds?

Part Number 971846-01

I have a PH02 Dyson Pure Humidity+Cool Cryptomic and the pump column has gone bad.  It is Part Number 971846-01 but Dyson’s website says it is no longer available.  Would the Pump Column for the PH04 and Ph03 Machines (Part No. 970753-02) work in a PH02 as the Part No. 970753-02 is available to purchase?

New Formaldehyde Bird Safe?

Hey guys so I have a regular old hepa+carbon Dyson purifier but was thinking of upgrading to the new formaldehyde versions. I live in a household with birds and they have very sensitive respiratory systems which basically means any purifier that releases ozone or ions etc whether on purpose or as a by product can be deadly to them. I know Dyson machines don’t do this intentionally but have very little knowledge of how catalytic filters work. Does anyone know if the new filters are safe to use around birds or have a bird and use the new ones without problem?Would really appreciate any knowledge on the matter.

Dyson Humidifier (PH04) - "drip tray overflow" error continuously comes

Hi,I just got my PH04 Humidifier + Purifier. It seems that the purifier works properly, but the humidifier is not working due to the “drip tray overflow” error.To resolve it, I tried cleaning the drip tray (there’s no water at all), running a deep clean, and even doing a factory reset. However, neither was working. For the deep clean, I followed the instructions that were shown on the LCD, but the LCD didn’t proceed after I pulled out the tank. I put the tank back (the evaporator was in the tank), but the LCD didn’t show the instructions like “start the deep clean”.Any ideas on how I can remove this message and use the humidifier properly?

Dyson Air Purifier / Electrical Plug - Feedback

With the value of the Dyson air purifiers. Why is the electrical cord design with a two prong straight plug and not a grounded three prong flat plug? Per recommendation; the plug should be connected directly into a wall outlet but depending if there is furniture covering the outlet, the furniture has to separate from the wall or stick out further instead of having a flat plug so the furniture can remain flush to the wall.
