Sorry to say I have been let down by the repair service courier 5 times despite numerous calls to Dyson. First appointment did not turn up and it was told to wait as it could be in the next 2 days. No one showed up so I had waited in for 3 days for nothing. I called and rearranged but they did not show up again. I called again and rearranged and they have not showed up again. 5 days wasted waiting for couriers who do not appear. Has anyone got any ideas of who to speak to to get this sorted as I’m at a loss?
