PH04 Water Tank not recognized | Dyson Community

Full or empty, the tank does not get recognized.

Same here. Just took PH04 out of the box. All systems look good but I keep getting an error that there is no water in the tank. I tried all options and the PH04 is not recognizing any water in the tank. Did you receive any other advise?


Not yet. About to take it apart. :-(


Got it apart. Everything checked out. Confirmed the water pump engaged upon insertion into the unit. I am thinking the display control board is bad. I have no remote so a factory reset seems impossible.
