Hello, I have an HP04 2nd generation hot & cool air purifier and can't find my remote. Anyone know how I can turn on the heater manually? It's disabled in my phone app bc I'm in the U.S. It's really cold here and our building's heater is out. :(

Heating cannot be controlled via the Dyson Link app due to safety standard UL 1278, as required by the US government.
This affects our products with a heating function. Please use your remote to control heating.
The safety standard UL 1278 came into effect in March 2019. Any product manufactured before March 2019 does not have to comply, but any product manufactured after this date does.
