I have dyson purifier and there is a strange symbol on screen as attached here in photo.
May amyone say what does it mean? Is any action required from me?

Hi
That indicates that you need to replace your machine’s HEPA+Carbon filter. You can order these filters through Dyson.com or through your local Dyson Helpline.
You might find some useful information through here. Remember to reset the filter life after the replacement!

My dyson was bought 1 year ago.
A few days ago suddenly was red color on screen.
I sent question on forum and it was told me to rellace HEPA and filter. I opened it and i found that there was no filter wnd no hepa inside.
Then i installed the HEPA and filter.
Now still have red color on screen.
I didnt know that new item coming without installed hepa and filter.
Why red color still exist??

The software uses a countdown calculation for the filter life. The units make the assumption that the filter is installed (as per the operational manual) and applies a 12 month usage. This again is based on it being used 12 hours a day, so it’s possible it lasted a little longer.

The unit won’t detect new filters, so you will have to manually reset these screens.

You can do it from the app if connected to Wi-Fi, once you’ve put the new filters in

I want to update that i logged to the application and now there is no red symbol anymore,thanks to people who helped me
