This will be my last ever dyson purchase of anything, the customer service is appalling over waiting months to find out about getting a replacement hp04 filter . So the question is where are they all??? The answer to that is I don’t know and nor does dyson as todays WhatsApp message from dyson was this “Filters are currently out of stock direct but can be purchased through our third party retail partners - eSpares, PartMaster, 4Your Home, Appliance Spares Warehouse, Buyspares & PartCentre.”
so we spend over £500 on a machine to then put in non dyson parts - is it covered by warranties who knows ?
