Same values for PM 2.5 and 10 on device as well as app

I recently bought a TP09 purifier and the PM2.5 and PM 10 readings are always exactly the same. It dies not seem to be an app issue, the readings on the device are the same. The device has been restarted multiple times as well. 
 

Does anyone know of a fix?
