Submitted my fan for repair over a month ago and was told it was not repairable - “please wait 5-7 days and our customer services will get in touch”. After having to chase them up three times now, every time I am told the same thing - please wait 5-7 days. More than one month later, nothing, no fan, no information, no one has been in touch - terrible way to treat customers. Thankfully it is not in the middle of summer with over 30 degrees of heat here in Switzerland…..ohhh, wait a minute...
