Terrible customer service and no refund 9 weeks later | Dyson Community

Returned hot and cold air purifier within return period. 9 weeks later and several long, circular phone calls/waiting for refund to appear in bank account, no refund has appeared. Staff say something and the next person starts from the beginning again.

Now on Twitter/X the team is asking me for things Dyson has never provided.

Others have had similar experience, there’s clearly something that Dyson customer service is doing wrong. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. I’ve returned the machine within the 35 day return period and simply want my money back!
