‘It’s not recognizing my password or the code. I tried resetting the password, no go. I called customer service twice, no help. The last rep even suggested I don’t have to use the app?!?! That’s part of the reason I made the purchase. I also searched the community postings. I have 3 Dyson other products, one that is almost 20 years old, they have been great. Any help would be appreciated!
