We purchased a Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde Humidifier PH04 directly from the Dyson website on 17/06/2023. However, since the summer of 2024, an error symbol is frequently displayed and the device no longer runs properly. After some research on the Dyson support page, we found out that it was a “pump rotor error” and followed your instructions to fix it. It only worked temporarily for a short time and then the fault reappeared.
Since mid-December 2024, we have made a support request via Whatsapp, but still have not received a response. After checking out this community forum with the same topic, I have tried to sent an email to help@dyson.de, but then receiving an automatic reply that the mailbox is not monitored and I will not get any reply from that.
Since my German is not really good to communicate directly via phone call, is there anyway that can help me to get warranty support for my purchased product?
