Hey,
My purifier + humidifier was working well until the pump broke. It worked fine until that point.
Fast forward, I have received two replacements since I sent back the original unit and the new ones have an awful whistling noise to them, even on the lowest speed settings, this thing is *loud* and very annoying.
I was wondering, is this normal? Dyson support wants me to send the brand new unit to repair instead of replacement and It wouldn’t surprise me if they closed the case as a non-issue, which would be awkward because my old unit didn’t have this problem
