Why can't I control my Dyson Autoreact machine via the MyDyson app?

Hello there,

 I was wondering if anyone had difficulty to control Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool™ PH3A Autoreact with dyson app? I don’t have any availability for control of this product :( only via remote control it’s working no problem.

I have only like this view

and I don’t have something like this: 

Any advice will be appreciated 🙏

Welcome to the Dyson Community!

It’s a straightforward answer in this case - Dyson Autoreact purifiers are not WiFi enabled. This means they can’t connect to the MyDyson™ app for remote control functionality, scheduling, historical air quality insights etc. Instead, all of your machine’s control options are available via the magnetic remote control, with some insights into air quality and your selected modes displayed on the onboard colour LCD screen.

You can still register your machine via the MyDyson™ app, and doing so will also give you access to personalised support, tips and maintenance advice
