I just put a new filter in my Dyson Purifier Humidifier and it was working fine for about 20 minutes, now I have a message tank undetected. The water tank is full and it is inserted properly but I can’t get it to work. This seems to be an ongoing problem and I have already had 1 machine replaced for this reason. Does anybody else have this problem and how is it resolved? Thanks in advance.lori(Edited by moderator – tags amended)
Humidifier stopped working
The humidifier stopped working in the last 2 weeks. I usually have to fill the tank weekly, but the water hasn’t gone down in the last week AND the humidity level is around 20% - and I have the machine set at 30%. I tried raising the machine level to the highest humidity setting but after 24 hrs the room is still at 20%. Please Help!(Edited by moderator – tags added)
How to: Search and post on the communityTIPS
Searching Before taking the plunge and posting a new topic, you may want to see if someone else on the community has already asked the same thing, or started a discussion about the same topic. To do this, simply have a quick look for it by using the search option at the top of every page.By typing your question into the search, it reviews all of the existing content on the community for key words and returns the 5 top results. Choosing the ‘View all’ option returns all the results. For example, by searching ‘My Filter needs’ you will be shown the top 5 results that contain the word ‘Filter’. PH01 humidity not working
HiI recently stated a deep clean of the water in my machine’s tank as prompted by the App, but accidentally cancelled it near the beginning. Since then the humidity function has been switched off on one part of the App, but on another part it says it still has ages to go til the next deep clean. I’ve tried taking the water tank and filter out and putting them back and doing a reset but nothing’s worked. Any advice please?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Managing devices in multiple homes
I recently purchased a PH03 air purifier/humidifier. It’s working great. I’m now considering buying one for my second home. In looking at the Dyson app, there doesn’t seem to be a way to setup multiple homes, even though I can add multiple devices. In this case, it’s of interest because the app reports local air quality conditions, and my two homes are in very different locations/climates. Have I missed something? Or can I only specify a single home in the app and all my devices are assumed to be in that single home? If so, that’s disappointing. I suppose that means I’ll have to manually change the home “location” depending on which house I’m in at the time.(Edited by moderator – tags amended)
Registering more than one machine in the app - How does it work?
Hi I have recently upgraded my older Dyson purifier hot & cool to the latest formaldehyde version. I now have 2 machines and would like to run both of the app but I can't seem to find a setting and the play store won't let me download 2 versions of the app.Can anyone offer a solution as I see this as an issue for the future when people upgrade they will keep the older machine or have more than one machine, upstairs and downstairs...(Edited by moderator – tags amended)
New PH03, deep clean needed immediately?
Good morning everyone, and Merry Christmas!I just unboxed a brand new PH03, shipped from Dyson, and set it up in Auto mode (fan and humidification). Within a few seconds, the on unit display requests a deep clean and the second button glows orange.I looked in the user manual and the icon I’m seeing on the display suggests a Pump Rotor Failure.I started a deep clean (suspicious that this is not the real issue) and now the on board counter display stopped counting down then it got to 59:50.I suspect that this unit is faulty, can anyone confirm?I can’t reach Dyson Support as it’s Christmas Day.
Humidifier Question - Water level depleting slowly
So I have had this humidifier(PH04) for around a week... The water seems to be depleting very slowly / not putting much humidity out. I am I think on day 4 of it running non stop (night mode at night) and it still has about 1/3 of the tank left.My old cheap humidifier that this is replacing the tank wouldn't last 24 hours running on medium and held a bit more water... So this is putting off something like 15% (or less) of the humidity that was... Is that normal or is something wrong? I expected it to be a bit less because of the filters etc... But this seems like the water would evaporate almost as fast if it was just left sitting out in a container.(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Continous monitoring is on, but not working
I just bought a Dyson Air Purifyer, it’s been running for an hour now.In the app, in settings (“Your machine’s settings”) the “Continuous monitoring” setting is ticked on (the little circle is on the right and has a dark violet colour). However, in the main dashboard, I see no graphs and I get the message “No data has been recorded. You can check the status of continuous monitoring in settings.”.How can I “record data”?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
Cool Link Fan Continuous Oscillation
My Cool link fan continuously oscillates, even when turned off!No response from the remote (other remote functions working correctly) and similarly, no response from the IOS app (oscillation button greyed out).I have changed remote battery and removed/re-added fan from my Wi-Fi(Edited by moderator – tags added)
no airflow through air multipier loop on hot + cool fan
I have had my new Dyson hot + cool formaldehyde fan for about a week, but have noticed that I can’t feel any air flowing through the loop or out from the slit on the inside of the loop. Not sure if this is normal or my fan is faulty? cool air flows from the front of the fan, but if I block the air multiplayer loop with a towel or sheet the airflow remains the same.I would expect this to decrease the airflow if air was been multiplied. any ideas what is happening?
air quality is not improving over time
I assume the filters catch the pollutants as the time progresses and reduces the pm* rating over time but I do not see that happening. The filters are clean as whistle after 3 days but the pm* rating keep going up everyday, it started at 30 on day one to 350 at the end of third day. I use HP04(Edited by moderator – tags added)
Air quality during Night mode Hp07
Hi I have recently bought Dyson HP07 Hot+Cool for my home. It’s been four days. It’s working fine. But can anybody explain this to me that why the air quality starts dropping while night mode is on. And does the air quality ever reaches good or not. As when I switch to the night mode after using Auto mode, the air quality as per the app starts dropping to very poor.ThanksP.S. I am new to the community. (Edited by moderator – tags added)
I recently purchased a PH04 as this appeared to be the most current model. However, I have not been able to find any info at all as to what has been updated. In fact there seems to be very little information in general about the technology in the PH series. It’s surprising given these are some of the most expensive products you can get from dyson. Does anyone out there have any insight as to what was changed for the PH03 and 04?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
