I dropped off my slim ball vacuum at the closest service center to me for a cracked hose on 11/8/22. They told me it would be repaired in 2 weeks. My repair status has not changed at all as of today, it still says “new”. The service center doesn’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails and when I tried chatting with dysons help desk about it they told me they can’t do anything because I “walked in” despite having a repair number generated through dysons system. Does anyone know how to reach them short of going in person? I live about an hour away (Edited by moderator – Tag added)

So I placed an order on Cyber Monday. There was a problem with the discount code. I called twice Dyson support two weeks ago. They promised they would deal with the problem and I would receive an email within 24-48 hours. Two weeks have passed and there has no response at all. It’s such as waste of customer’s time.
Hi to all, this Is my first post here and sorry if my question is offtopic here. I have a problem about the customer service in Italy. The 28/11/2022 i bought a Dyson V8 on the Dyson site. I have filled correctly all info about shipment, but strangly UPS say that miss a house number in the delivery address. I have contacted the customer service in Italy, but they tell me that I need to contact UPS ti correct the address. I have tell to Dyson customer service that is not my problem if in the UPS delivery address miss the house number, and i have request that Dyson must call UPS to correct the delivery address, but the customer service tell me that is not a Dyson problem and that they can't contact UPS. I not want to call UPS, Is not my business or i wrong?There Is a way to contact someone that control the customer service in Italy? I want to know why some people in the customer service ignore my request and not respond to my WhatsApp messages, also i want to know if it's a customer prob
I’ve owned several Dyson's over the years and have always bought them at brick and mortar stores. I decided to buy directly from Dyson last month, and boy do I regret that, and after some research this has been a major issue with Dyson. I ordered my new Dyson on Nov 30, and of course right off the bat something seemed off, as it said my delivery would be the next day. As I suspected that was not the case, and then since my Dyson came with free additional tools both the Dyson and the tool kits were shipped separately, and by two different companies, another red flag.The tools seemed to be making its way but all of a sudden no more updates. The vacuum itself never got shipped. Just a label created that's it. Contacting Dyson, I assumed would be easy. No. I had to call wait like an hour to talk to someone, while in the meantime I was using a chat feature. The chat person told me to wait another 4 more days, and so did the person on the phone. An extension to each category, new discussion and support areas, as well as regular updates to the self-evolving knowledge base. To support this, we’ve been working with the development team to further align the community’s In-App links and the categories these appear against. After the debacle of the defective $500 vacuum, I am currently embroiled in the return farce. I was sent a return label for the suckless vacuum, and promptly boxed the useless lump of cheap plastic back up. Upon reading the label, I learned that it was my responsibility to drive to the nearest UPS dropoff point, or schedule pickup at MY COST!I have no intention of doing either. The nearest dropoff is 30 minutes away. That’s a total of an hour driving with petrol costs being north of $4 a gallon. To have UPS pick up the heaping pile of trash would cost me $20. NOPE!So I chatted with a CSR, who’s name I can’t mention here because of reasons, and that representative promised me that there was a pickup scheduled, gave me a number for UPS to verify and sent me on my way. NOPE AGAIN!The number he gave was wrong, and when I contacted UPS they did not have a pickup scheduled. This is absolutely ridiculous. (Edited by moderator - Removed personal data)

Hello everyone,I have an issue with first charging of V15, is stuck at 70% (keep it for more then 48 hours). I checked charger with multimeter is ok but battery is not taking charge. I can`t even drain battery, LCD says “Full charge before first use” .Please help!
Hi All,I noticed yesterday when I contacted support and booked a callback as they were busy that the callback appeared on my phone from “GB Competitions” rather than from Dyson. I was a tad worried that I was going to be spending £319 for a new vacuum cleaner and the call wasn’t from Dyson. Didn’t inspire me with confidence. Has anyone else noticed this?
