Is it possible to reach USA-based customer support?

I have purchased 3 Dyson products in my life. A vacuum, the air wrap styler, and a fan. All three have broken down in less than 4 years. Most recently, I have tried to get support for my TP01 fan which is giving me an error message. I spent 60+ minutes online chatting with a customer support agent (Moderation edit - personal details removed) who didn’t understand my questions, took super long to respond between messages, and responded in English that didn’t always make sense. It’s frustrating enough to have yet another Dyson product stop working, but then to deal with unhelpful customer support just adds to it. Is there a direct phone number for support agents who are based in the US?

Grinding Noise Coming from Pure Humidity and Cool

I have two Dyson Pure Humidity and Cool machines.  One is a little over a year old.  The other is just a few months old.  They are both up to date on deep cleaning.  The older machine just had its filters replaced.They are both intermittently creating a grinding type noise.  When the noise begins it will continue until the machine is turned off.  Later when the machine is turned back on the noise  will eventually return and remain noisy until turned off.Please advise what can be done.Thank you.

Telescopic handle not going down on orignal Animal upright ball

Hello , I wonder if someone can help. I have used the telescopic handle to hoover stairs and I cannot get the handle to retract back into the hoover . There doesn’t seem to be a button to do it on the original animal and can’t find any support online. Any help much appreciated ☺️. Thanks

Dyson Airstrait

Hi all, I have searched a lot online including this community. The Airstrait has been my godsend for my hair… it used to take an hour to blow dry and then flat iron my hair and thanks to this device a mere 15 mins of work for beautiful, straight, shiny hair. My dilemma is that I plan to go to Japan for 10 days. I have read my device will not work or don’t use a converter etc… but I cannot imagine doing the old fashion way to blow dry and then flat iron which will take longer and waste my time. I definitely don’t want to do anything’ and let the hair go, which my hair will turn into an untamable beast of frizz and poof.  I want to know if anyone in the community dared to take it and make it work. I don’t want the generic comment as no will not work, or no converter, or no it’s made specially for your country only. Thanks!

tube pinches at attachment joining

Hi like user Mark N We have had in use the below model of portable Dyson vacuum cleaner, and since purchase have had no issues until now. Due now to perhaps to use, the tube from the vacuum unit/collector has some «play» in it, with the result it now presents a danger in use. With the result of this waggle gap it pinched a chunk of skin from a finger, very sore! please advise how this can resolved Thanks you Angela Whistler

Hello!! I need help choosing the right vacuum for my home. We are dramatically downsizing and I do not need a big heavy vacuum anymore! 1700 sq ft, all hardwood and tile, Australian Shepherd that sheds like crazy. No stairs. I need something that will be good for pet hair and DUST.

Dyson Animal Ball 2 is incompatible with my flooring

 I have tried every avenue to get assistance with my Dyson animal ball 2. The vacuum does NOT push or pull on my floor to the point that I can't use it. I have chatted, sent emails, and called customer support and can't get anyone to help me. This is a known issue in the Dyson community and on line. Apparently this is caused by an air flow issue. I am frustrated at the cost of an appliance that does not work.  Thoughts?

The Dyson supersonic came faulty

I have just received the Dyson supersonic copper one that I ordered yesterday. By inspecting it I have noticed 2 issues from the unit i received.The power button does not go all the way up to be on. Easily goes off by just touching it. small gap between the copper coloured part and the body, showing the internal.I will attach the photos of them. Can I get a replacement or repair ASAP? I’m disappointed with the quality. It’s fresh out of box!

Return Dyson

I just bought dyson airwrap from USA which operates 120V , but I live in Saudi Arabia and all machine operates 220V.I tried contacting Dyson representatives in my country, they told me I can't replace it and all I can do is to return my airwrap!Is there another solution? and if not, what is the process to return Dyson airwrap?

Why is my Dyson Cyclone V10 vacuum making a pulsing noise?

Our Dyson has been doing this for some time. There is not light saying something is blocked or filter. There is nothing canister and the filter is clean. It will only work on boost which makes me think it’s not the battery (if boost still works). (Moderation edit - title updated)

complaint about Dyson Turkey Customer Service and their failure to define a discount code in the product order

Hello,When the accordion cable of my Dyson brand vacuum cleaner’s (DC32 allergy parquet), which I bought 14 years ago, accordion cable broke, I called your service in Turkey at +90 0850 532 11 44 and was informed that they did not have a spare part for our product. However, they said that if they took our vacuum cleaner for destruction, we could buy a Dyson vacuum cleaner of our own choice  with a 25% discount in return. Our product was approved for destruction on February 10, 2024. very poor afthersales service

very very poor after-sales service, always been satisfied with my v11 vacuum cleaner until a problem recently arose, when turning it on the roller stops spinning after a second. I contacted support several times for this, but without any results. I think the phenomenon is related to the main part with the electronics, so I order the main part (81€) and three days after ordering I receive an email that the order has been canceled. Reordered three times and canceled after three days each time. I contacted Dyson but the friendly lady told me that there was a shortage and the order was therefore always cancelled, apparently this is the procedure if there are only a few in stock. So I just have to wait with my defective device. She wanted to sell me another part, the main part together with the cyclone (€139), but I did not accept this. I think the service is below standard, I have always been a fan of Dyson, but now I will never recommend a Dyson to anyone again. I hope to one day be able

Hi. I bought a Dyson Airwrap HS05 recently, and later figured out it’s 110V version. I found a motherboard for HS01 (220V version) and I was thinking whether it will work out if I use that motherboard.

Heat Cool Fan AM09 - LED Display Not Working

My AM09 heat cool fan functionality of heat and cool fan works fine, but the display us not working. Because of this, i cant know what the temperature setting is. This resulted in circuit breaker getting resetting as i kept increasing the temperature without know what the temperature.After speaking to customer service and creating a ticket, i took it to the service center a month ago. They called me a couple of days stating they dont have the part and hence they cant repair. I love the heater/fan unit, but I am disappointed Dyson does not have parts for a well known problem for the AM09 unit.What are my options now? How do I get it fixed?

V10 Cyclone rollers will not spin on my machine, but do on others

I connected the roller directly to the machine body, but, although power is getting to the head, it won’t spin. There is no problem when attaching directly to another Dyson Cyclone. Have tried all my rollers with the same results.Customer service say I need to replace the main body, but I’m not prepared to shell out £105 if there are other things I can check. The CS person said there was no alternative to the replacement.Can anyone suggest other things to check and/or clean.

What is the difference between part numbers 966489-12 , 966489-08, 966489-04 etc , They all have the same number but last 2 digits are different. is this related to model/compatablitlty or date of manufacture or something else?
