Waiting on refund

Order #1650883639I am very disappointed with Dyson’s customer service.  It is the worst I have ever experienced. I submitted an online request to return my Dyson V12 Detect Slim on 9/08/24. I received an email saying that I would receive a response within 48 hours.  When I did not receive a response, I chatted with a representative who approved the return issued a return label. I returned the vacuum on 9/13. I tracked the UPS return and Dyson received the vacuum on 9/19.  I talked with a representative on 9/30 who verified that the vacuum was received and in the warehouse. I was told that I would receive my refund by Friday, October 3.  I chatted with a representative again on 10/8 who also verified that the vacuum was received and that I would be receiving my refund. As of today, I have not received any correspondence from Dyson acknowledging the return and refunding my money. The return is also not showing when I log in and look at orders and returns.  I have pictures of the conversa

I recently bought a Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum.  It works fine on the dry vacuum however when I connect the wet it gives a ‘Airflow blockage’ message.  There is no blockage

my new Airwrap fosent work

Hello community! I’m reaching out because after saving to get my first Dyson, I got one in Century Mall- LA - earlier this month on a trip to US. I got the new Airwrap on my last day there to bring it home to Colombia, the voltage is the same and even in the box it’s says it compatible in US, MX and CO, but when I tried to use it here it never turn on, I tried troubleshooting on the website and contacting support but no repose yet. Someone can share if they had a case like this?  Ps. I can not afford to flight to US again, so I need for them to help me with this here in Colombia.  Thank you!

How can I get support for an issue with my Dyson Corrale straighteners?

charge dropping in corrale straighteners, on the Dyson help does it last about 8 seconds? yes” so they know!Dyson offered to fix and now changed their minddoing a bit of online research lots of people having the same problem and also found that battery can’t be changed! Dyson goes off during vacuuming and discharges battery completely

Hello everyone, our Dyson V11 has been having massive problems for a few weeks now. It suddenly went out and discharged the battery completely, so that it was defective and could not be revived even in the charging station. We then bought a new battery and the vacuum cleaner now works sporadically. Nevertheless, despite sufficient remaining runtime, the vacuum cleaner simply goes out again and the battery is completely drained again. We then have to fully charge it again so that we can vacuum for 5 minutes and then start all over again. If the vacuum cleaner is left in a corner, it also discharges completely after around 5-6 hours. I suspect that an electrical part is faulty. It's obviously not the battery, could it be the pole or the suction foot?

Customer service is no longer a priority

When I first started purchasing Dyson products, customer service was a Dyson strength. I found the agents helpful and felt they wanted to resolve my issue. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. I purchased a V15 last year. Shortly after that the company I purchased it from was bought out and my order history disappeared. The only receipt I had was a credit card receipt but they won’t provide warranty support because it doesn’t show the vacuum model. I had to file a complaint with the BBB to get service. I then contacted them to try and get replacement wheels ($1.99 on their website). They were out of stock and the guy said I should just buy a new Motörhead for $129.00. I’ve probably purchased my last Dyson product at this point.

BP03 Big and Quiet serial number missing

I got my BP03 back from repair and it was no longer working on the app so I read to delete it and set it up again. But it couldn’t find the machine with either the manual entry or by searching for it.The repair text sent me instructions to find the serial number on the LCD screen but the serial number isn’t set so I’m guessing that’s why it can’t find it.  It’s registered and I called in to support and was sent a link to a YouTube video that didn’t seem to really apply. Can I reset the serial number myself somehow?

Frustration for parents of child with cancer

I'm not looking for any solution, I just wanted to vent because I'm so frustrated with dyson products and their customer service. Thank you in advance for reading this.I bought my dyson cordless vacuum when my 21 months old son was diagnosed with Leukemia on April because we have to keep the house clean due to him being immune compromised when he gets strong chemo. I thought a vacuum with a good Hepa filter would be perfect.But we had a little problem with a main part so I contacted the costumer service on July.  Even though, the part was out of stock, I decided to wait for the part because exchange didn't work for our situation. We have to clean the house everyday for my child so how could we send my current one and wait for the new one with indefinite timeline? Also I didn't feel right about buying a temporary vacuum after purchasing over 500$ dyson vacuum. It's been over 3months so far. I haven't received any email yet about the part being stock so I contacted customer service again

Floor Dok™ Multi Dyson Gen5detect™ not available in The Netherlands and Belgium for Months

Hi All, I've been waiting for the Floor Dok™ Multi Dyson for the Gen5detect™ for months now and it's still not in  stock for Netherlands. The Same goes for Belgium. If I look on the Dyson website in Germany, they do have it in stock. I've called Customer Service and they were not able to give me an answer. That is why I am asking my question on this community page. My question is: When will this be in stock for the Netherlands or rather will this ever be in stock for the Netherlands?  Kind regards.

Trying to get a refund!

Hi All, can anyone give me a number or email address for a senior member of customer service.  I have been passed from pillar to post, I am due a refund from end of August.  And in addition I requested to return a part today, they sent me a label for a letter not a parcel.  When I pointed this out the person on chat just kept saying you will receive your label in 24-72 hours, I even sent them a screen shot of the email to say: yes you’ve sent me the label but its the incorrect label and they just kep repeating ‘you will recieve your label in 24-72 hours’. Many thanks for any help offered!

After three months, card got charged but received neither Dyson nor refund?

On July 20th I placed a Dyson hairdryer via phone, and an employee named John from Dyson placed the order and sent me an order payment link. I clicked and paid but I didn’t receive a payment confirmation email from Dyson. John left me a voicemail saying that the order might take longer to process. I waited till the next day but I still did not get the confirmation, but my card was still charged.I called back to Dyson and the representative said he can get me a refund and I can place another order for my hairdryer so I did. The other order was processed smoothly, but I never received my refund for the first apple card transaction, even after the 10 business days processing time the representative proclaimed. Now it has been 3 months and I am deeply disappointed by Dyson for making a simple order process so unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, Dyson has not provided the level of service I expected from a high-end brand, leaving me wi

Replacement machine

How long does it take to receive my promised replacement vacuum? It’s been over one month. My emails are not being answered but were previously when I was going through the replacement process, shipping it back, etc. I know my vacuum was received at the warehouse per the tracking #. Any advice is helpful. thanks

dyson airwrap replacement

I was having issues with my Dyson air wrap and called the customer service line. I was told I had warranty given a return label and told to return, once they receive it I will be sent a new one. I have called 3 times to check the status. The first time I was told they received the one I sent and it would be “escalated “ so I can get my new one even received a email confirming I should get a status update soon. After a few weeks I called again and was told it was again escalated and I will be receiving a UPS tracking label regarding the replacement within 24hrs. It’s been days now and called and was told that the reps never escalated it and nothing was done. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available but that he for sure escalated it. I asked the rep how he could confirm this time it was escalated and he said to hold only to hang up on me. It’s been over a month and the lack of support from customer service is infuriating!!  29/09/24 - Called Dyson Customer Services, went through troubleshooting, was advised enquiry needed to be escalated to the “In-Market Professional Contact Department” who would call me in 24-48 hours.They didn't call back. No missed calls, no emails, nothing.08/10/24 - Contacted Dyson again via Web-chat. Advised my original enquiry was NOT escalated as it should have been (no apology or anything!) but was reassured it had now been escalated as it should have been and I would hear back in 24-72 hours. This time they couldn’t tell me which department would be calling me back and they couldn’t give me a direct contact number.72 hours later; no call back, no missed calls, no voicemail, no emails, nothing.Please does anyone know how to get through to a Dyson department who can help?

No order confirmation sent unable to locate my order

I am putting this on here in the hopes Dyson takes my issue seriously and someone will actually resolve my issue as they have no email to sent my complaint to. I can see through previous posts people have finally had their issues taken seriously and resolved through this.I purchased an air wrap direct from their website when it was on sale for £299.99.I never received an order confirmation but didn’t pay much attention to that as I got the item the next day, I needed to return the item a week later and when I contacted customer service they were unable to locate a purchase from me, and the people I spoke to outright tried to gas light me into believing I bought it from a different company. I thought even without an order number there would be proof of my purchase through email, contact details, bank details and address. I showed proof of my bank statement saying Dyson limited but this was not good enough for them, at one point I was told from the company that by searching for the produ

v10 Main body compatibility

I have a v10 Total Clean purchased from Costco (serial number YJ7-US-KCA2268A). It has been showing a steady red light when I try to operate it. The troubleshooting guide says I need a new main body and cyclone (part number 969596-05) which is out of stock. I see part 969596-06 which is compatible with other v10 models is available. I want to confirm if this is compatible with my vacuum as the only difference I see if the color. I would rather buy this than a brand new vacuum.

can anyone here help me?

I contacted Dyson customer care with a warranty issue on 2 September, agent issued me with a replacement head. No delivery took place and received email on 18 September to say order was cancelled as item was out of stock, no other solution given, replied to email, no answer. 22 September called again, exchange machine authorised. Had to send old machine back by courier, did this, delivered to warehouse on 24 September. 27 September no sign of replacement machine, called customer care to be told it is in fact out of stock and possibly discontinued, allow 3 days to see if a resolution can be found. Waited 4 days, contacted again, given another out of stock machine as a possible replacement. Then when queried about stock availability was given an option of a lesser model which I refused. Gave agent the model that I felt best replaced broken machine regarding power and attachments, this was escalated to back office team and a call recieved to offer another lesser replacement which I declin

Hello I would like to know what the date on the box after JN means?  Is it the production date of the device itself?HS05 BNBC MY/SG/HKPN.412954-02-02-02 JN.115281 24.09.2021If this is the case, did I buy a device that has been in the box for 3 years? (Bought it in 2024) and it came out in 2022And one more off topic question:Can it be stored in the bathroom in a cover? Yes or no? And why? China answers that it is not recommended.

Still Havent Recieved Replacement V15

I advise not sending in stuff for warranty replacement. We sent ours off 06Aug2024 and still haven’t received a device. They told us we didn’t send all the parts and only sent the cyclone. The cyclone weighs less than 7 pounds and the package shipped was 11 pounds. That doesn’t even make sense. We spent $800 on a vacuum that now we don’t even have and they just keep telling us they are waiting for approval. They are now saying 7-10 days from now so we will be going 3 months without a vacuum. Don’t send in for replacement just wait for parts.
