Can anyone advise whether Dyson have an email address to complain to? I have a few issues going on….. I need to return a product and whatsapp is useless. I want to send an email as lifestyle, means I cannot call. Keep telling me they have sent me a label to print and take to royal mail, nothing received waited well over 24 hours and checked spam. Then I get an email from DPD saying will be collected but I have no returns label for them either. I paid for 2 products via paypal pay in 3 because I ordered the wrong one initially and someone has taken 3 payments!! Almost £600 in total!! I have contacted my bank they cannot do anything and paypal are useless. I have sent several whatsapp messages and people are not solving my issue. Hoping maybe an email will(Edited by moderator – Tags added)
This is just a suggestion; the Dyson Co. seems quite innovative, and it occurred to me as I was using an Airblade V at a restaurant recently, that it would be awesome if I had one of these on the floor, maybe doubling as a weight scale, SO THAT…. each morning when I get out of the shower, and jump on the scale, I could dry my feet at the same time! Then it occurred to me (as I was thinking about how nice that would be), that using warm air to remove the water and moisture from between toes, would actually help millions and millions of people prevent athletes foot. It could actually provide a much needed health benefit for millions of people who suffer from that occasionally, or even regularly.Towels are generally too thick to easily daub water and moisture out from between toes, and I SUSPECT… I’m not the only one that finds this to be the case. HOWEVER… if I had a device similar to the Airblade that was on the floor, and could step on that each AM for a minute or two, the WARM air
When we launched the Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler in 2018, it revolutionised styling. Since then, we've refined our attachment technology, to improve usability, versatility and performance. One of our biggest achievements with these attachments is how effective and intuitive they are to use. This is a result of the optimised geometry and refined engineering inside them. With the Airwrap™ barrels, we focused on finding a way to achieve both directions of curl on one barrel, to give you optimal control and styling, in an easy-to-use way.The brush attachment has been re-engineered with Enhanced Coanda airflow. On the new design we've got these vanes which turn and guide the flow. This gives you precision Coanda airflow for controlled style and alignment. The Coanda smoothing dryer now has two modes. Firstly, it has the Drying mode. You can then switch into Smoothing mode. This uses the Coanda effect to sort the hair and reduce the flyaways*, giving you a nice, smooth finish. All of these attac
Has anyone else had issues with false advertising here? A few day ago we tried to purchase the Dyson Ball Animal 2 Total Clean (Blue) for $399.99 as advertised on this site and the shopping cart would not let us check out unless we paid $599.99!! After chatting for ½ hour with the virtual assistant, I was promised someone would get back to me but that never happened! I want to know if anyone else had this happen, as I intend to write the FTC about this.

I hope someone in the community can provide a solution as I have for the last 3 weeks trying to get them to service a brand new machine which is not working-Details are given below-There is no email id where one can contact them except wattsapp where they have standard replies regarding default and escalation.I am surprised to receive your wattsapp asking me to rate you for the service rendered in resolving a complaint.I have since 1st November, maybe earlier been requesting you to resolve a problem with your air purifier. This is brand new and has hardly been used as we were never here.I have had a no of exchanges and finally was put to an expert for resolving the problem. The expert finally came to the conclusion that the machine has to be picked up on 10th. November. The machine inspite of being in Dehradun is operating at speed no 10 showing that the air is poor quality, which it is not as the LG machine is showing 70 and less-I was explained that your machine follows WHO standards,
I recently ordered an item online and I received an email stating that it was delivered. I originally checked the secured mail room but I could not find it. I then walked around my apartment building to see if they left it outside, but still I could not find it. I spoke with management who stated they will keep an eye out for my package. My building is an apartment building with several other businesses below it. My apartment has a sign posted to notice all delivery drivers to place any packages in the "SECURED" mail room, as the front lobby is unsecured. My guess is that my package was either stolen orthe delivery driver dropped it off to the wrong location. I purchased this item as a gift for this weekend but looks like I won't be getting it on time. I then had to spend more money to buy another one in-store for a more secure purchase.I submitted a status check on the delivery but I did not receive any response yet. I just spent twice the amount for one item. I don't want to do a cha

How to maximise your cordless vacuums battery lifeTIPS - CORDLESS VACUUM
Whether you’re new to owning a Dyson Cordless vacuum cleaners or you’ve had one for a number of years, we’ve collated four of our top tips to help you optimise the runtime and lifespan of your vacuum's battery. Maximum power. Only when you need itWe recommend only using Max or Boost mode for short bursts of intensive cleaning. Using these modes more regularly can speed up the degradation of your battery.Stick to using Auto, Normal or Eco mode for everyday cleaning. Avoid use in extreme temperaturesVery hot or cold environments can speed up battery ageing. So, it's best to avoid cleaning the car in hot weather or leaving your vacuum in a cold porch or garage.Your machine won’t operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 3°C (37°F). This is designed to protect the motor and the battery alike. Give it a restLet the battery run down to empty at least once a month to help prolong its life.If you have a spare battery, swap them out so they both have time to naturally discharge. Gen

My title pretty much explains the issue. I have a Dyson V7 Motor Head, recently it started not holding charge but only sometimes. Sometimes it charges to full capacity and I get 20 to 30mins cleaning out of it as I have always done so I know the battery is still good. However, sometimes it seems to charge (takes just as long with lights on in the charger) but then claims to have run out of charge after less than 1min of use (stops running and blue light flashing). This seems to happen almost every-other time I go to use it, there is no one else in the house so I know no one else is using it, any idea what could cause this?

I have a Dyson Small Ball Allergy corded upright vacuum cleaner.I want to buy the up-top tool ,https://www.dyson.co.uk/support/journey/tools/917646-01.Will the up-top tool fit my model? It is not clear (to me) from the pictures and descriptions whether it will lock into the end of the hose.
I bought my V11 7/21 as refurbished. I registered it online right away. I have a small space and needed something powerful but small. It is not as powerful as my old Electrolux, but I like a space saver. I used it 10 min max three times a week. Battery is always full when returning to a charger. 4 months ago the vacuum started working by itself when I removed it from charger and stopped only when put back . Not responding to me pushing a switch. A month ago it died . Not charging, not working. The Dyson suggested sending me a new battery. A couple days later, I received an email saying: Thank you for registration your Dyson, your warranty expired 01/04/22. I registered my vacuum 7/21 . Got email about registration today, because I need help with not working item. Originally it says 2 years warranty. Anybody has a similar experience?
