Very poor customer service Dyson Germany - Lost/Missing Package

Hello, I bought more than 3 weeks ago a Dyson v15 on the official Dyson Germany website. However, the delivery company (DHL) says that this package is now lost and I should contact your customer service to get a refund.I have contacted Dyson Germany several times (10 times!) via whats app and their phone number but I still have no news regarding the product or the refund. They still don't know where my package is and now they don’t reply to me anymore.I expected Dyson customer service to be much more proactive due to the price of their products (that vacuum cleaner costs more than 700 euros!), but the only thing they tell me since 3 weeks is that the investigation with DHL is still ongoing. I am really disappointed and frustrated by this of lack of professionalism.Do I also need to escalate this issue legally? I just want to get a refund and never deal with them again.

UK Helpline Unavailable 8/8/23 - Anyone know why?

This is more of a question to the Mod/CM rather than everyone else. I’ve tried calling the helpline a few times over the last 24 hours, to be met with a technical error and an automated messaging showing it is down.@Stuart any ideas when this will be back up and running? I much prefer talking to someone than using websites.

Positive shout out to Dyson - Shopping experience

This is just a shout out to Dyson! 😁  It is so helpful for us (customers) that you- (Dyson) register our new tool once it is shipped. While I would register it myself- many customers might not or just forget as they are excited to start using their purchase; it is one less step that I need to do. In addition, it is helpful that you place our purchases under My Dyson so we can find all the data (SS number purchase date_ warranty expiration date) is one easy to find location. I like to enter my hair tools in our house inventory list (SSN is important) since they are an investment. Good to have all items cataloged in home inventory list. so….. thank you!!!🙌

Dyson Cordless - Cleaning dust bin / container. Is there an easier way?

We have a kennel of Siberian Huskies and though we have several Dyson corded vacuum cleaners many times for a quick clean it’s easier to get a cordless version. I had my eye on the V12 but the static electricity makes the dog hairs cling to the canister requiring me to be able disassemble the pod from the main body and use a compressor to clean it out. Can you entirely and easily separate the waste container from the main body to clean it? Thanks for your replies siberian (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Title Updated)

Huerist 360 100v Japanese unit bought online for use in the UK which is 240 volts

Hi  We purchased a Huerist 360 robot hoover via Ebay from Japan as the UK no longer had this model available, when it arrived the charger had a 2 pin japanese plug type charger..The information sticker states 100v - 230 on the charger which suggests it is universal.CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS PLEASE?I HAVE CONTACTED DYSON CUSTOMER SERVICE three times and had conflicting information offered! Yes you can and no you cannot?I do not want to blow the thing up due to this issue.

DC07 intermittent problem..Cleaned and new air filter kit ordered..Has anyone changed the motor on on of these?

My original Dyson DC04 recently packed up after 20 or so years,purchased a 2nd hand DC07 root cyclone,that seemed to work fine,but after paying for it,and its 1st real test run,cuts out after about 40 seconds

Item lost in Shipping - Never buying Dyson ever again. Customer Service is no help

Last Sunday (July 9th) I purchased a Dyson V15 Absolute direct from the dyson.com website.  I thought I was getting a pretty good deal despite spending so much on a vacuum cleaner.  Anyway, I received my UPS tracking number that showed delivery on the 14th, but then it was moved to July 13th.  This usually happens since I live in a large city and we get deliveries from the major hub areas relatively quickly.  In fact, the shipment made it to Houston on the 12th fully ready to make it my way the next day.  But that’s the last movement its seen.  It missed the delivery day (Thursday), it missed the original delivery target (Friday), and it’s gone through the weekend with zero movement.  So yesterday I call Dyson asking for assistance.  They tell me they can’t contact the shipper (UPS), and that I would have to.  Doesn’t make sense since when I called UPS they said that the shipper has this locked so no changes can be made.  Whatever, at this point I would rather get a reorder started.  S

New product suggestion - Lighted Head Piece

Dyson says it is relentlessly engineered so i would like them to have an upgrade spare part that would either attach to  or replace the head of the vac that had a light on it. My Kirby vacs always had a light on them that would really show the floor when it was in shadow from overhead or window lighting, even my old Hoover had a lilght. I challenge the engineers at Dyson to come up with an affordable, durable , upgrade or option to take away this defect in optimal performance to an otherwise exceptional product.

Dyson Unable to Locate Order - Any Suggestions?

Placed order on 7/6/23 scheduled a delivery for 7/13/23. At this time the order still says placed. Upon requesting an update, a customer service rep told me my order number is invalid. Then I was told it was canceled. However, I have been charged and no one is able to help me. This has come off my available credit and customer service told me to just reorder. I cannot until the order is canceled. It’s still showing in a placed status. How does this happen and no one knows how to fix it? This is my first purchase and it has been a disaster.

Program Suggestion/Trade in

I would love it Dyson would come up with a new program in which us consumers could trade in our “old” vacuum for a discount on a newer model. I don’t need to have a ton of vacuums hanging around and each year you come up with some new and improved model that I just love and want but can’t afford.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a physical copy of your machine’s user manual, a virtual copy of it can be downloaded from the local website. Using the Guides and manuals link, navigate to the ‘Support’ page in the top navigation, once here select your machine from the options available and navigate through the page until you reach the ‘User manual’ section. Click on it to begin the download. Once downloaded, simply open the user guide to view the information.

Looking to buy a Dyson V12 vacuum. Will it work if I move back to Brazil?

I am looking to buy a Dyson V12 Detect Slim™ Absolute here in the US but concerned with the fact that I might move back to Brazil in a couple of months. I couldn't find a straight answer about whether or not the vacuum would work there.Brazil operates on a 127v supply voltage, so very similar to the US.Do you know if that would work?

Ordered once, charged twice - Order now delayed. Can anyone help?

I placed my first, and probably last, order with Dyson on Sunday for delivery on Monday. I received an email on Monday saying the delivery was delayed. I don’t have a problem with that. But so far today I have heard nothing and have had no response from Dyson on WhatsApp. I find using the telephone very difficult and always prefer a live chat option.To add insult to injury I’ve also been charged twice!!!An absolutely awful experience, I really expected better.  (Moderation Edit - Title Updated to better reflect topic/prompt community engagement)
