Stolen Package - What should I do?

I purchased a dyson supersonic blow dryer my 3rd one and was robbed on my birthday I was suppose to receive it but I never did and no signature was required:(and dyson was quick to not help me at all!!!.I'm so disappointed 😞  they declined my claim In less then a hour…Any suggestions what I can do?

Can I get an update on my order here?!

Last Friday (21 Apr) I ordered a part for a Dyson V6.On Saturday (22 Apr) I received an email stating that the order was being processed and that I would shortly receive a tracking number from Royal Mail.Since then nothing.Tried emailing to the email address given in the order conformation only to receive a message stating that the address wasn’t monitored and I wouldn’t get a response.So I tried the telephone. Just got cut off each time.Not impressed.Thinking maybe I should just request a chargeback and buy elsewhere… :-(How does one get a status update for an order…?

The Animal 3 Complete is $399.99 when added to the cart.  When I check out it becomes $549.99.To avoid confusion it really should be more clear that that price requires the affirm financing.

Poor Customer Experience

I have done a lot of business with Dyson over the years having purchased hair dryers, styling tools, air humidifier/purifier’s, and many, many vacuums. I have never returned a product, ever. I had purchased two vacuums to give as Christmas gifts along with two docking systems.The products were delayed, delayed, and delayed, even though I ordered them in November. Needless to say they did not arrive in time for the Christmas holiday. My delivery arrived sometime in January and Dyson sent the wrong docking systems. Unfortunately, my mother had to have emergency surgery in January..with that said I was not able to open the docking systems until most recently and it was then that I recognized that Dyson shipped me the incorrect products. I contacted Dyson to see if I could return the two docking systems as they were still in the box, and as I was not looking for my money back, but instead a credit to use back at Dyson..I could not believe how I was treated.It took five phone calls to Dyson

Dyson Korean Service Centres Feedback

I live in Seoul, South Korea. I have used the Dyson service centers here for repairs but it has been terrible. The service centers have been outsourced so they are not operated, or managed by Dyson. There is a Dyson phone center which connects you to the outsourced service centers. However, other than transferring your call, Dyson is unable to help you in any other way.  Dyson is unable to answer questions about the repair service, or even the service centers themselves.I have been to the outsourced service centers and it has been a terrible experience. The service is extremely poor, they have been dishonest about quotes, they will not give you a date by which you can expect repairs to be done unless you push them. In my case, when I asked when the repairs would be done, the technician simply said “I don’t know”.I’m wondering if Dyson has the same model of outsourcing service centers in other countries or is this unique to Korea? In August 2022 we expanded the community to include our Cordless, Corded, Lighting and Hair Care categories. Creating bespoke discussion and support areas for each. I bought the air purifier and less than 24 hrs the price dropped - How can I get a refund?

I bought this on the Malaysian website on the 6th March and the price was dropped from RM2899 to RM1799 and have been trying to get a refund or return the goo#ds but all I have been getting is a standard answer, it seems Dyson does not care as much as they claim to have a great customer relationship, I asked to escalate if she could not give me a better answer and put herself into my shoes. (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Negative experience with PayPal - I do not recommend using it!

It seems that Dyson in 2023 although having PayPal plastered on the payment page. If you attempt to use pay in 3 Dyson will NOT confirm the order correctly and you never receive the product and payment never happens. Even thought you have confirmation from PayPal AND Dyson sitting in your email. Just wasted 3 days and 2 attempted orders to figure this out for them. Terrible service again. I was only trying to buy a replacement vacuum. The same one that I already have that fell apart after 2 years with poor quality plastics breaking in lots of areas. How do I maintain/wash my Dyson cordless vacuum’s filter(s)? The filter(s) in your Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner are designed to protect the motor and capture microscopic dust particles and allergens - expelling cleaner air.Over time these particles can build up and reduce performance. Washing the filter(s) at least once a month helps ensure optimal performance, and prolong the lifespan of your machine and it’s battery.Just follow the 4 simple steps below:  1. Dyson CPAP/BiPAP Design Challenge

It is my humble opinion that the lack of a Dyson CPAP/BiPAP on the world market is a mistake.During the Pandemic, Dyson and other companies rallied to produce respirators to alleviate the shortages at hospitals around the world. CPAP’s are similar machines that were in some cases able to be repurposed into respirators themselves.This forum’s purpose is to convince Mr. Dyson and his company that there is a need for his brand of innovation and a huge demand for these devices so that the world may finally rest easy!Please reply with your messages of support; what you like and dislike about your current/past CPAP machines, and what you want to see in a Dyson CPAP.
