App disappears

The app keeps disappearing from my iPhone. I have to delete it and re-download it and then re-enter all my details. The last time this happened it coincided with me adding something to Amazon music. The app still works perfectly on my iPad.

Since this expansion, we’ve seen yet another increase in traffic month-on-month. We welcomed just over 100,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 25,000+ from the previous month. We broke our 2200-member mark! New email address used

Hello,I’ve been having some difficulties accessing the ‘my dyson’ area of the website so have re-registered with a new email address and all my machines are now under this account. Question regarding the link app. When I login with the email address I registered with I now get a ‘email / account not found’ but when I login with the new email address I used for ‘my dyson’ this works but there a no connected machines. Do I need to remove the machines from the old email before attempting to re-add them under the new account?

Faulty Purifier Hot+Cold Formaldehyde

A bit concerning that after only 4-months my £600 Purifier Hot+Cold Formaldehyde has developed a fault. After powering up as usual it stops working within a couple of minutes and shows an exclamation mark ‘!’ in a warning triangle. Dyson WhatsApp supports was pathetic and took dialogue over 2-days to arrange a return. Anyone else had this problem with their machine?(Edited by moderator – Tags added)

In fact, our visitor number grew in May by a whopping 85%. We welcomed just over 76,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 35,000+ from the previous month. Our registration pool grew by 142, an increase of 7%, which brings us just shy of 2100 members. Seeing such a significant increase in our visitors and registered numbers is truly a fantastic milestone. It doesn’t only show that the content we are creating is beneficial and is supporting in n
