Getting the correct support for your Dyson machine starts with understanding which product you own. Dyson currently has four distinct generations that make up this category. Cordless - Generation 1 All DC16, DC30, DC31, DC34, DC35, DC43H, DC44, DC45 and DC56 products are members of our Cordless - Generation 1 machines. These are identified by the unique handle design, which detaches from the main body to reveal the filter.This generation is made up of a mixture of Handheld and Stick vacuums. Welcome to May’s edition of our community newsletter.As before, I’ll be talking through our growth, content, platform improvements and providing an update on what we’ve been working on behind the scenes. I’ll also be sharing some very exciting news about what is hitting the platform in June.  Let’s talk visitors and community growthIn early March, we expanded the community to include the Robot Category, since then we’ve seen a distinct increase in traffic month-on-month. In fact, our visitor number grew in May by a whopping 85%. We welcomed just over 76,000 unique visitors. These headed to the community via the Dyson App and as direct traffic. This is an increase of 35,000+ from the previous month. Our registration pool grew by 142, an increase of 7%, which brings us just shy of 2100 members. Seeing such a significant increase in our visitors and registered numbers is truly a fantastic milestone. It doesn’t only show that the content we are creating is beneficial and is supporting in n

Deep Clean Cycle Issue

I have less than 20 hours use on my machine.  About 8 out 10 times it asks me to perform the deep clean cycle especially after replacing the water container with fresh water.  This machine is essentially brand new!   It happened right out of the box the first day I owned it. Dyson customer service was no help.  Any ideas how to solve this or just take it in for warranty replacement?

If you have multiple products connected through the Dyson App, you may find that you are navigating through these on a daily basis. Hi my VOC suddenly went to 9 which is very poor in my son room. So i set it as Auto.. but it still showing as very poor? Do i need to be worried? How long does usually take to purify the air HP07? Thank you!

This is an increase of 9000+ from the previous month. 115 registered users joined us. This is an overall increase of 6.2%, which is over what we had forecast. understanding temperature using HP07

Hi my dyson HP07 seems having issue to stabilise the temperature in my 6 month son room .. i set it as 24 in my son room.. but the room is constantly at 22 and the machine stay in stand by, doesn't heat up the room and had cold air coming out?Is it reccomended to keep HP07 on all night and what is the best option?When the machine is in stand by does it purify the air?

purfifer motor rattle

I’ve seen a quite a few comments online about motor rattle noise (sounds like a something rattling inside the machine) and had several HP units replaced because of it. Has anyone else experienced this?

Clicking noise during oscillating

When the purifier/fan is oscillating it makes a clicking sound. It's more noticeable at lower fan speeds since the machine is quieter then. I removed everything and didn't see anything inside that was obstructing the movements, so not sure what may be the issue. It did not make this noise when I first got it late last year.

This is an increase of 2000+ visitors from the previous month. 110 registered users joined us. This is an overall increase of 6%, which is just over our 5% forecast. Adding a second Dyson

HiI was in the process of creating a topic to ask how I go about adding a second Dyson to my app, but based off my title input, the community suggested a list of ‘Related topics’ for me to choose from. This is a great feature and I’ve not come across it before.
