So I have had this humidifier(PH04) for around a week... The water seems to be depleting very slowly / not putting much humidity out. I am I think on day 4 of it running non stop (night mode at night) and it still has about 1/3 of the tank left.My old cheap humidifier that this is replacing the tank wouldn't last 24 hours running on medium and held a bit more water... So this is putting off something like 15% (or less) of the humidity that was... Is that normal or is something wrong? I expected it to be a bit less because of the filters etc... But this seems like the water would evaporate almost as fast if it was just left sitting out in a container.(Edited by moderator – tags added)

I just bought a Dyson Air Purifyer, it’s been running for an hour now.In the app, in settings (“Your machine’s settings”) the “Continuous monitoring” setting is ticked on (the little circle is on the right and has a dark violet colour).However, in the main dashboard, I see no graphs and I get the message “No data has been recorded. You can check the status of continuous monitoring in settings.”.How can I “record data”?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
My Cool link fan continuously oscillates, even when turned off!No response from the remote (other remote functions working correctly) and similarly, no response from the IOS app (oscillation button greyed out).I have changed remote battery and removed/re-added fan from my Wi-Fi(Edited by moderator – tags added)
I have had my new Dyson hot + cool formaldehyde fan for about a week, but have noticed that I can’t feel any air flowing through the loop or out from the slit on the inside of the loop. Not sure if this is normal or my fan is faulty? cool air flows from the front of the fan, but if I block the air multiplayer loop with a towel or sheet the airflow remains the same.I would expect this to decrease the airflow if air was been multiplied. any ideas what is happening?
I assume the filters catch the pollutants as the time progresses and reduces the pm* rating over time but I do not see that happening. The filters are clean as whistle after 3 days but the pm* rating keep going up everyday, it started at 30 on day one to 350 at the end of third day. I use HP04(Edited by moderator – tags added)
Hi I have recently bought Dyson HP07 Hot+Cool for my home. It’s been four days. It’s working fine. But can anybody explain this to me that why the air quality starts dropping while night mode is on. And does the air quality ever reaches good or not. As when I switch to the night mode after using Auto mode, the air quality as per the app starts dropping to very poor.ThanksP.S. I recently purchased a PH04 as this appeared to be the most current model. However, I have not been able to find any info at all as to what has been updated. In fact there seems to be very little information in general about the technology in the PH series. It’s surprising given these are some of the most expensive products you can get from dyson. Does anyone out there have any insight as to what was changed for the PH03 and 04?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
Hello everyone, First time owner of Dyson purifier fan TP09, during installation of both carbon HEPA filter I noticed a thin flim layer on the surface after removingfrom packaging, the question is:Do I need to remove it for optimal performance?Any advice would be deeply appreciated 🙏❤Thank you
Both of my Dyson tower fans have the same problem. No air coming out of the tower. The motor is blowing air but doesn’t come out of the blade. We have cleaned the blade and changed filter and cleaned the sensor. Some times one willl run fin for a few minutes and then stop.we have spent quite a bit of money on these two fans that are sitting idle at this time. please helpcathy f
Hi everyone,I purchased a PH02 a while ago. Aside from making odd "rubbing" noises as the fans rotate, I have been getting warnings that there are issues with the water pump. Now all it does is report an empty water tank even if it is filled.Any ideas on what I can try, aside from purchasing a separate humidifier?Thanks!- raj(Edited by moderator – tags added)
I love my Dyson as a purifier/heater, but it’s always made an intermittent humming noise when it’s on low speed. It’s really annoying and I can only sleep in the same room if I use ear plugs. It’s not a very loud noise, just an annoying one that fades in and out all the time. Does anyone know what’s causing this?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
I have schedule a home energy audit and would like to provide an export of my Dyson Cool Link’s data to the BPI Auditor when they arrive, and to pair it with my ecobee thermostat data. I cannot seem to figure out how to do so, except for manually taking screenshots of daily data on the Scrubber. is there a better way to access my device’s historical data and export it as a mass file, like a.CSV or anything?
Both PM2.5 and 10 are pegged at 999 and have been for a few days. I don’t think it’s accurate given two other fans in the house measure at nominal levels. Anyway to reset the machine or otherwise get it to read air quality accurately?(Edited by moderator – tags added)
I’m using the HP09 in Auto Mode with Heat set to 19 Celsius. Once the temperature is reached it stops heating. However, there is still a loud noise coming from the machine but no air flow felt coming from it.As I understand it tries to purify the air until the desired quality is reached however, the air quality is all good so I thought it would go to standby. Not sure what setting is causing this but my machine keeps turning off at random moments and during random modes. It'll be set to heating and then I'll realise the screen is off and it's no longer working after its been heating for 8 plus hours. There's no timer set on the app or anything unusual I can find on the machine. Is it just my wifi? Its stable enough for everything else to continue uninterrupted at the same time (streaming in particular). (Edited by moderator – tags added)
My purifier cool formaldehyde fan the last week has started turning off during the night while I am sleeping. There are no timers on and all schedules are deleted. Was there an update? or something I need to do to keep this machine from turning off? This is very annoying causing me to wake and turn it back on. My hot + cool machine is working fine.
