What's the difference between the Dyson Pure Hot +Cool™ purifying fan heater HP00 & HP03 models?

Hello,I own a Dyson HP04 and am very happy with the unit. I’m looking to buy another and noticed there’s a HP00 and HP03 model on the market.I was hoping someone could tell me the main difference between the HP00, HP03, and HP04?Thanks,Chris. (Edited by moderator – Tag added)

Keeping your Dyson purifier performing at its bestTIPS - AIR TREATMENT

Here are a selection of tips that could help maintain optimum air purification performance in your home:Your Purifier, Purifier Heater and Purifier Humidifier are engineered to purify single rooms, so you should use it where you spend the majority of your time at home. When placing the machine, make sure there is at least a few feet of clearance on all sides so that the air can circulate effectively. Clean the sensors regularly - Keeping the sensors clean and clear of debris will help the machine accurately record data and react to particle detection in the home. Read the ‘Cleaning the sensor’ article to find out where they are on your machine.  Clean the machine regularly - Wiping the machine over with a dry cloth will help remove a build-up of dust and debris. Understanding which Dyson Air Treatment machine I ownTUTORIAL

Getting the correct support for your Dyson machine starts with understanding which product you own. Dyson now have three generations of Air Treatment products.  Air Treatment - Generation 1 All TP02, TP03, HP02, HP03, or DP01 products are members of our Generation 1 Air Treatment machines and have their power button at the bottom. These machine are controllable through the Dyson App.Air Treatment - Generation 1 ​​​​​​ Air Treatment - Generation 2 All TP04, TP07, TP08, TP09, DP04 HP04, HP07, HP09, and PH01 are members of our Generation 2 Air Treatment machines and have their power button located above an LCD screen. Dyson Reviewer Program - How do I apply?

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas about how to increase my chances of being selected to join the Dyson Reviewer’s Program? Or any info on how that process works? I am a long time, die hard fan of the company as a whole and it’s products. I own LOTS of Dyson stuff so that is why I am so interested in joining. How do I maintain/wash my Dyson cordless vacuum’s filter(s)? The filter(s) in your Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner are designed to protect the motor and capture microscopic dust particles and allergens - expelling cleaner air.Over time these particles can build up and reduce performance. Washing the filter(s) at least once a month helps ensure optimal performance, and prolong the lifespan of your machine and it’s battery.Just follow the 4 simple steps below:  1. Remove the filter(s)Remove the filter(s) from your Dyson vacuum cleaner. Depending on the model you own, there may be either a single pre-motor filter, two separate filters (a pre-motor filter and a post-motor filter), or a single combined filter unit. 2. no air from tower fan

Both of my Dyson tower fans have the same problem. No air coming out of the tower. The motor is blowing air but doesn’t come out of the blade.  We have cleaned the blade and changed filter and cleaned the sensor. Some times one willl run fin for a few minutes and then stop.we have spent quite a bit of money on these two fans that are sitting idle at this time.  please helpcathy f

Why does my Dyson Cyclone V10 vacuum display a white flashing light?

dyson not working in the US

So I actually need some helpi have a Dyson that I have purchased in india and now I have completely shifted to the US. Unfortunately the Dyson isn’t working here and I know it’s due to the voltage issues. I spoke to the customer care and they instructed me to visit any nearby Dyson show room and that they would help me trade it. But they instead told me that they stopped doing the trade option since 2020. So I am just stuck with the most expensive product without even using it. so please you guys help me out with some or the other option.

What happens to old Dyson batteries, are they recycled?

I recently replaced the battery for my Animal V6 at the new Dyson store in Dallas. I casually asked the employee how the old batteries were recycled. He said, "We just throw them away."Surely Dyson doesn't landfill all these used lithium ion batteries encased in plastic to landfills. They can and must close the loop on the batteries and the plastic used in their products.The employee seemed new. Was he not fully trained or does Dyson really throw away used batteries?

Continous monitoring is on, but not working

I just bought a Dyson Air Purifyer, it’s been running for an hour now.In the app, in settings (“Your machine’s settings”) the “Continuous monitoring” setting is ticked on (the little circle is on the right and has a dark violet colour).However, in the main dashboard, I see no graphs and I get the message “No data has been recorded. You can check the status of continuous monitoring in settings.”.How can I “record data”?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Clicking noise during oscillating

When the purifier/fan is oscillating it makes a clicking sound. It's more noticeable at lower fan speeds since the machine is quieter then. I removed everything and didn't see anything inside that was obstructing the movements, so not sure what may be the issue. It did not make this noise when I first got it late last year.

PH03A vs PH04

I know the PH03 does not purify Formaldehyde as the PH04 does but does the PH03A purify Formaldehyde?  I’m asking this because I was told at a Dyson repair shop that the PH03A is just a PH04 without the WiFi board.  Is that true?  If so then the Formaldehyde processing should be there.  Can anyone confirm this? —Rocco—

Program Suggestion/Trade in

I would love it Dyson would come up with a new program in which us consumers could trade in our “old” vacuum for a discount on a newer model. I don’t need to have a ton of vacuums hanging around and each year you come up with some new and improved model that I just love and want but can’t afford.
