From time to time, you might want to give your Dyson Zone
headphones and Travel visor a clean to maintain their appearance. Start by removing the Travel visor, turning your headphones off, and removing them from your head.
Quick clean
- Wipe the Travel visor, outer ear cup cover and inner ear cushions with a soft, slightly damp microfibre cloth.
Periodic clean
The individual components of the Travel visor can be removed and cleaned separately.
- Wash the Travel visor, slidable extenders and inner mesh under warm running tap water. Dish soap can be used if needed. The Travel visor cleaning brush can be used to get to hard-to-reach places.
- Shake to remove excess water, then allow to air dry thoroughly - do not reassemble and use the Travel visor while wet.
- Do not use detergents or polish to clean your Dyson Zone headphones or Travel visor - we can’t guarantee this won’t cause damage.
In-App product guide
Once your Dyson Zone headphones are paired with the MyDyson app, navigate to the home screen, selecting the ’Settings’ settings icon in the top right, then select ‘Using your machine’.
From here, navigate through to the ‘Cleaning your Travel visor’ section, following the on-screen instructions.
