Discovering Engineering
We sat down with graduates and undergraduates studying at the Dyson Institute and working at Dyson to find out more about their different routes into engineering. From Science and Music to Product Design and Computer Science at school, many subjects can lead to an exciting career in engineering.
What is engineering?
So what is engineering? Hear from our undergraduates and graduates from the Dyson Institute, where they study for a degree and work at Dyson, as they unpack this question. Developing new skills. Solving problems. Launching Dyson products.
Life at the Dyson Institute
As part of our International Women in Engineering Day celebrations, our undergraduates and graduates reflect on their time at the Dyson Institute. In 2017, 33 Undergraduates started in the Institute’s first ever cohort, and today 236 Undergraduate Engineers have joined us since – working at Dyson on real-world projects and products while studying for an engineering degree.
