To maintain the sensor accuracy and ensures optimal performance of the appliance, we recommend checking your machine’s infra-red sensors, lens and where applicable LED lights regularly. 

Keep your camera lens and sensors clean from dirt, dust, fingerprints and smears by using a soft, dry, lint free cloth to wipe all over the robot. 

WARNING: Do not use cleaning fluids, liquids, or sprays of any kind.

 

Dyson 360 VisNav™️ robot vacuum

To maintain optimum performance, keep your camera lens and sensors clean. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the lens.

Turn your robot over and place it on a soft surface, then using a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the optical flow sensor and each drop sensor on the base of your robot. There are seven sensors in total.

The camera lens is located on the top of the machine in the centre and the sensors are located at the front of the machine, either side of the bin and cyclone.
