Your Dyson Zone™️ headphones’ filters are not washable. When prompted by an in-app notification or by the pulsing pink LED indicator on the left earcup, the filters should be replaced to ensure the most effective performance.

The old filters can be disposed of in your regular household waste. 

 

Resetting the filter life using the MyDyson™️ app

 

Once your Dyson Zone™️ headphones have been paired with the MyDyson™️ app, navigate to the home-screen, selecting the ’Settings’ settings icon in the top right, then select ‘Your machine’s settings’.

From here, navigate through to the ‘Air’ section and select ‘Filter management’. 

On the next screen under the image of the filters, choose ‘Reset filter life’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
