Hello, I have dayson 11v,It had an engine replaced not long ago. What happens is that he does not allow me to pump, when he registers that the tank is full, but it is not full - what could be the reason? Thank you.

I must admit, I am somewhat baffled which product you own.
You’ve said V11, which is one of their Cordless vacuums. However, I’m not aware of a warning for a full cylinder. There are usually for blockages, battery level and filter maintenance.
With the mention of tank and pump, it is possible you own one of their humidifiers. In which case, I’d urge you to visit their online troubleshooting - here is a series of help steps designed to identify and provided corrected information to rectify any issue.
