I have a V11 cordless vacuum with two heads, one with a soft roller and one with spiral brush bristles going around it. The head with the soft roller works perfectly. However, the one with the spiral brush bristles around it constantly produces a “blocked airflow” message even though every part of it and the wand seems to be as clean as a whistle. Is there any difference between the two head forms which could account for this?

I used it previously for a colleagues v8. They couldn’t find a blockage so we went through it and found a small piece of cardboard hiding behind the brush bar. It worked like new afterwards.
This is the part which I think will help Blockage alert.

Thank you very much for that helpful response. In the event it just needed a replacement filter but following those steps certainly means that the cleaner has had a very good clean!
