I bought my product from amazon website 19-20 months ago. Now the shooting power of my product has decreased and there is a color change on the plastic of the chamber part that does not go away.

@Maira  Hi there, it sounds like there’s a partially blocked airway somewhere in your machine. Some places may not be obvious - so start by following along with this video:

Hi @Maira, 

I believe you’re refereeing to the suction power, including the amount of debris collected via the cleaner head. 

Dyson technology is versatile, but require maintained over time. This maintenance ensures optimal proficiency.
