Outsize parts ?

Hi. Something has fallen off the high torque XL cleaner head of my V11 Outsize. It’s the cone shaped disc which covers the screw at one end of the head. Are these parts available for purchase please, or would I need to replace the who head? Also would this missing piece cause anything else to loosen eventually or is it ok to keep using ?

@NicW  It should be ok to use. If you find any function or performance loss, I’d contact support for a new head. Aside from the brush bar and Vballs, there aren’t smaller parts of the head sold.

I’ve been looking at buying replacement parts. I’ve ordered a replacement filter, but is the High Torque XL Cleaner Head not available to buy as a spare part for the Outsize?
