I have a V8 Animal F7W-UK-PJV1351A - I need a new battery I have tried to find one on your website but cannot find one with the same serial number. I have tried to call you waited 20 mins and no one answered. Please can you advise what battery will fit. Thank you.

There’s another way to find out which part you need. Manually select the V8 and choose your filter type.

Thank you for your reply, but I am confused as both of those batteries say they do not fit that serial number starting with F7W. Any more thoughts? Thank you.
Maybe they don’t sell the battery online or haven’t updated the website yet. Have you tried speaking to Dyson directly? They should be able to register you and pick the right part.
