BP01 just stopped working

We have a 3yo BP01 Pure Cool Me that just stopped working, and now is not responding.  The screen is not lighting up or anything - so, no error codes. I’ve tried a hard reset, and trying in different power points etc.  The filter certainly doesn’t look as though it’s full - but it didn’t give any warnings etc either.  Any ideas?

Dyson Filter Code

I have an error code showing my carbon fiber orange filter needs to be replace. I have replaced the filter, and tried to reset it pursuit to the manual by holding the nighttime button for 5 seconds.  The filter will not reset. I have also tried to recycle the machine by holding the remote power and machine power buttons for 10 seconds.  Nothing works.  Any suggestions?

Air Purifier filter change - We're so glad we did!SPOTLIGHTED POST

Make sure you change your air filters. My wife purchased an air purifier in September 2020 for her classroom and it finally was down to 10% so we changed the filter. Wow! I wish I would have changed this sooner. I’m so glad she had this to protect her.

big + quite rattle noise

I have kept my Dyson big + quite air purifier on ever since l bought it and every thing was going well until a couple days ago l started to hear a rattle noise in my Dyson every 5 to 10 seconds l have no idea where it is from and how to solve it

Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde™ PH04 stuck at cleaning

I have noticed this issue for a while, and get my machine back to work…PH04 shows an alert for deep clean at beginning.So I followed the steps shown on the screen to do deep clean. After following the steps, the timer starts to tick. After about 10 seconds the timer stopped. And the cleaning process stuck there for a day.I didn’t noticed it stuck until I want to use it the second day.I tried reboot it, but it doesn’t work.From my observation and experience, the timer still ticks, but it count 1 minute as 1 second. So I suspect it is a program bug. I hope Dyson engineer could take a look at their firmware code. So the 1 hour cleaning will take 60 hours to finish?I contacted the support, but they told me to wait a few days before they validated my invoice. So I’m trying to check if the community have anyone face the same issue or have a quick solution for it.

Ph01 tank status is empty (but it's not)

I have had two PH01's for about 18 months now. They're great, except one of mine is stuck on the fact that it thinks it's, water tank is empty. But the tank isn't empty. I've filled it to various levels over days. I've tried to power cycle it in different ways for different periods of time. Nothing is working. What can I do to get it to sense that the tank has water?

HP09 Formaldehyde and catalytic filter

Hi all, I have HP09 about 2 years now - Catalytic Filter smell has gone too bad so I had to remove to use it.I cannot purchase this again as I cannot see this.It this filter washable? Would it kill the function of the filter if I wash ?I contact Dyson customer centre but it seems they have no knowledge of  this.Thank you in advance.

Unable to Manually Start Deep Clean

Hi everyone,I have a Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde PH04 which has grown a large amount of mold/algae in the water tank.I would now like to deep clean the machine but, unfortunately, have been unable to determine how to manually initiate a deep clean cycle.To reiterate, the machine does not show that a deep clean cycle is needed but I would like to manually start one.Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

unable to start deep clean kr rotation in my purifier

Hey all,as the title say,  I can’t upload a video but when I click the deep clean button nothing happens. Long press on it shows the below animation for 5 sec and then disable the deep clean option.also when click the rotation button I can a triangle with exclamation mark.i followed all the online guides but nothing helped. I contacted Dyson chat but they weren’t too helpful.please help me - it is a new device I received as a gift. thank you

Dyson air purifier filter is forever sold our in Finland

Hi, I’m usinf Dyson cool/air purifier and it’s filter is now all done so needs to be changed.I live in Finland but it seems like the filter’s alsways sold out, never restocked.I’ve been unable to use the machine due to its filter shortage and it’s been more than a half year what a wasteI need 360° lasinen ilmanpuhdistimen HEPA+Carbon-suodatin in Finnish but I can never get itAre you guys ever going to restock it or just make the purifier one time use onlyReally bad experience with this. Please solve immedieately

High Pitch Sounds Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde TP09

This is my second purifier TP09, as I returned and replaced the original due to the intermittent high pitch squealing sound that it produces and now the 2nd model is doing the same thing.  I've researched the community as well as a few other online communities and it concerns me that many people have this same issue and it has not really been addressed as to why and what is the cause.  I do not want to visit a repair center as I've stated that is my 2nd machine and therefore it's not an isolated issue.It seems to me that there is a flaw in the design that is not being addressed.  It doesn't make sense why it works perfectly fine until it doesn't.  If I change the setting from Auto to a number less than 7 I can hear the high pitch sound loudly, 7 - 10 and it can not be heard that much due to the wind speed overpowering however that is not an appropriate sound level to hear all day and after running at that speed for long enough the high pitch starts up again.Many people are attempting t

deep clean cycle stuck

I am trying to run a deep clean cycle but the timer is stuck on 56:20 with flashing orange button and sometimes the time moves to a lower number (example 55:15) but then jumps to a higher number (example 57:10)I removed the water tank and dried the top.  When I replaced the water tank it did count down 4 seconds from 56:24 to 56:20 and then stopped again.(Edited by moderator – Tags added and converted to Question)

Fan motor running but Dyson is switched off

Hello all, i have a Dyson TP00 and recently the fan motor started to run ever so slightly as soon as I plugged the plug into the socket. Even when the Dyson is turned off, the fan spins slightly and makes a noise.Does anyone know the problem?

Dyson Tower Fan- no serial number and need repair

My Dyson tower fan switched off while on and won’t switch back on. Calling the customer helpline and speaking to them via webchat to get a repair booked in- but there is no serial number on the base of the fan’; so they cant book a repair in. Is there anywhere else I can find the serial number; or any other way of booking a repair in?? Or am I now stuck with a £300 faulty device and no way of getting it fixed?

Dyson Purifier Humidifier cool showing a triange with a warning and no air is coming out

My Dyson is showing a triangle with a warning sign. When it’s turned on, the oscillation is working, but no air coming out. Suggestion was made by support to take it to the Dyson support center. Prior to driving 40 miles, I’d like to get an idea of the cost of repair. Would appreciate any suggestions/advice.Thank you!

is it ok if…

I changed my filter on my Dyson Pure Cool link, got wifi connection after pressing the power button for 6 seconds and got the machine to connect with the app. However I needed to reset the filter settings in the app so it shows 100% because it was showing the 2% of the old filter. Is this ok? Everything seems copacetic this far. Thanks!

Dyson still making filters for TP-02 purifiers?

I’m trying to buy a genuine Dyson filter for my TP-02 purifier.  Dyson has been ‘out of stock’ for weeks and I can’t find a genuine replacement filter at Best Buy (or other reputable retailers).  I don’t want to buy a knock off. but don’t know if I have any option.  What’s going on @Dyson Community Moderator

Dyson Airwrap doesn't work in Mexico. I have voltage converter

Good afternoon I bought a Dyson Airwrap in Thailand. I arrived in Mexico, anf it doesn’t work. I have a voltage converter from 110v to 220v. All my devices works thanks to it, except for the Dyson. What else needs to be done for it to start working? Thanks for your response.

PH04 problem with Deep clean button

I I bought the PH04 a week ago and while testing the features I pressed the deep clean button. Now that button won't turn off and shows 6,7,8 numbers on the water tank on the display.I probably started the deep cleaning process. Can I just cancel that process now or do I have to complete the deep clean process so that the button will stop lighting up and allow me to start the device

Does Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde comes with bearing noise too?

I’m done with my 2nd squeaking TP09. I don't want to spend €999,00 just have the same issue again.Has anyone found any bad things with Big+Quiet  models yet? Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde  Please post your findings here.

Filter

I have the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link. It's about 5 years old and stopped working correctly about a year ago. I have been using cheaper filters I found online instead of the correct Dyson brand ones. When I called Dyson, the lady on the phone informed me this is probably why it stopped working correctly. Only the Air feature works and the heat works only when it's all the way up, otherwise the letter “E” pops up & it blows air. If I purchase the correct Dyson filter do you think it will work again? I can't afford a new machine.
