I have noticed this issue for a while, and get my machine back to work…
PH04 shows an alert for deep clean at beginning.
So I followed the steps shown on the screen to do deep clean. After following the steps, the timer starts to tick. After about 10 seconds the timer stopped. And the cleaning process stuck there for a day.
I didn’t noticed it stuck until I want to use it the second day.
I tried reboot it, but it doesn’t work.
From my observation and experience, the timer still ticks, but it count 1 minute as 1 second. So I suspect it is a program bug. I hope Dyson engineer could take a look at their firmware code. So the 1 hour cleaning will take 60 hours to finish?
I contacted the support, but they told me to wait a few days before they validated my invoice. So I’m trying to check if the community have anyone face the same issue or have a quick solution for it.
