filter replacement and reset on Pure Cool | Dyson Community

Both Hepa and regular filter replaced and did the reset which shows one side has a green check but the other side is red with an X...Tried the reset again but no change. Don’t know how to fix...

@cascade  The process to do the rest will be different based on which specific model it is. Go on the Dyson support page - then enter your serial number in the appropriate field, then that will take you to a specific page with guides to your exact model. Good luck.


I got the filters specifically for my Pure Cool air filter...but once they were inserted only one could be reset to a get a green check despite multiple tries...not sure what to do next and answer didn’t help unfortunately…
