Says it’s obstructed but it’s not. 

 

says it’s empty, but it’s full.

 

No obstruction. Ran a deep clean cycle last month. Nothing has worked since then. Yay!

Possible software issue, rather than hardware. Have you tried doing a hard reset/factory restore?
