My DC24 makes a loud humming sound when it's running. Looking for possible cause and resolution.

It sounds like the machine has either a blockage or requires the filter to be washed. We have some guided content on the Community that could help you.

If you wanted to head directly to our online support, simple use our Dyson Support link.
Once here, navigate to the 'Support' option in the top navigation bar and select your machine from the on-screen options.
