I just completed an order for a new battery for my V6 Trigger. One call, no computer voice looping, I got straight thru to sales. Spoke with most polite STEPHANIE, well spoken Columbian accent. I had a copy of an old Dyson 2020 order for a V6 battery. I used that old ORDER NO, Stephanie quickly found in her records. Unbelievable, the price was still the same. I verified the mailing address she had, she sent me an email for payment verification that I completed in 30 seconds and hit send. She had confirmation 30 seconds later. She verified that I would receive an email of delivery details. I could not have been more INCREDULOUS of how quickly my problem: contacting DYSON, and solving my problem had been taken care of. 10 minutes from looking at my old 2020 order, finding the STILL VALID contact number, calling and completing my order. WOW! Bravo Zulu. Well done DYSON.
