Recently we have had issues connecting the main vacuum brush (or any other accessories) to the wand. There doesn’t seem to be anything blocking access, but it won't fully click into place and therefore won't work. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything that can be done besides replacing the wand? If replacing the wand is the only solution, will any color work? (our replacement is currently out of stock and we need a functioning vacuum soon).

Hmm, this issue sounds rather unusual. Does the connecting part where you’d attach tools to the wand seem like it’s out of place or loose at all? It sounds like there’s nothing blocking access which is great to know. Did you ever have difficulty in removing tools from the wand? It sounds like things connect ok to the bin, and it’s just the wand that’s giving you the issue? If you do need to replace the wand, the color won’t matter. As I’m sure you know each model (ie: V8, V10, V11) will have several variants, which is normally why there are different colored wands. Any of the replacement colors will work for you.
