Had these for 2 ½ years and they will not charge at all now you would expect more from a high end product that cost $699 Very Very dissapointing

Heya! Will it work plugged in or is it completely dead? Sadly they only guarantee them for 2 years! maybe they can repair them?! I guess you would have asked that already. What did they say?! 🙄
