Hello,
I have bought an airwrap in Sweden (my country of origin) but I live in another country with the exact same voltage as Sweden (230v 50hz), but I tried using it in the country I live in (Zanzibar) and it will not turn on. What could be wrong given that the airwrap is brand new and the voltage is identical to Sweden where I purchased it. From reading about it I just learned it can be damaged if used in a country with a different voltage that the country of origin. I also used a voltage safety guard (which only works at 230v) so I am 100% sure the dyson has not been used at any other voltage.
Would appreciate any help as I want to use it here.
