Airstrait shows persisting ‘Reset’ error

My Dyson Airstrait stopped working after 8 months, showing persistent ‘Reset’ error. I’ve been using it from the same location and the same power socket all this time. Now the device is not even able to complete the cleaning phase, it shuts off right away. Please help!

EU model dyson in Australia

Hello, I just moved from Europe to Australia, can I still use my dyson airwrap but with an adapter (that doesn’t convert voltage) because the voltage of both countries are the same? I really can’t afford to purchase another dyson that is australian based so any help for this is very appreciated. Is there any way I can avoid frying it? Or is there any possible solution for this problem? Thanks!

Airwrap attachment 971890 - 20mm/0.8 inch barrel - availability worldwide

I love my Dyson equipment (2 vaccume cleanser, 1 Supersonic, 1 Airwrap), but currently I’m really frustrated about the availability of additional attachments for the Airwrap. I waited nearly ¾ year for the huge round brush attachment and the attachment 971890 - 20mm/0.8 inch barrel, color doesn’t matter to me, is still not available in my country (Austtria/Europe) and obviously nearly worldwide as my research on the Dyson-Website showed.I could only find it in Ireland and France, but they do not ship to Austria. Obviously there is no international European distrubution center, only local delivery, which seams to be a joke in times of international global business.I really don’t get, why an innovative luxury brand, as Dyson is, is not able to fix the production and distribution of their products/spares/additional attachments for years? Even the Austria Website is not working correctly because it’s not possible to set a “keep me posted” message, because there comes no verification email

Warranty not being honored

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the warranty replacement policy for my Dyson Airwrap, which I believe has not been honored according to the information provided on your website. According to Dyson's website, there is a two-year warranty policy that allows for a replacement of the product if any issues arise. However, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that since I only have one month left on my warranty, I would only be eligible for a refurbished replacement. This was surprising to me, as it is not specified on your website that a refurbished item would be the only option for customers with limited warranty time remaining. During my conversation with customer service agents, they acknowledged that this policy is not mentioned on your website and indicated that they plan to update it. I made it clear that even if they do update the policy, it should only apply to new customers who purchase the item after the updat

Ack! Help! My Airwrap is changing color!! Pink to Blue!

Warning the official Dyson Airwrap travel case - dyes your device blue!!My airwrap is beginning to look like Violet Beauregarde from “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”! It’s like when you wear new jeans and the indigo dye starts to stain your hands. Black and blue velvet carry case with pink ribbons (~$50) purchased from the Dyson website has permanently dyed the beautiful matte pink on my ceramic pop airwrap blue. I have been on many Dyson forums this week to see if I can find a cleaning solution for this, but have struck out. So instead want to warn others with a pink matte painted components that the official Dyson travel carry case will dye that component blue. Airwrap - Paint peeling - Help

My airwrap barely used 2 times a month is under warranty until oct 2023. I paid a lot of money for this and the paint is chipping peeling off my pink area on my airwrap I spoke to chat WhatsApp and they said it was full replacement I agreed as it’s under warranty and I sent vidoes and pictures. Today an engineer called me and said it wasn’t covered under my warranty and it’s cosmetic and it’s not covered this is ridiculous and got email them saying my order was cancelled! I am fuming and disgusted with dyson I have already contacted my solicitor and will be going further with this as it’s my rights as a consumer to be replaced as it’s under warranty. Dyson Corrale straighteners faulty

I paid £400 for these straighteners directly from Dyson, and they will not hold their charge. They stop working half way through doing your hair, then make a noise and switch themselves off. My guarantee has expired, but I have read that they are not fixable, so I feel completely ripped off and let down, and it seems that there only chat bots to talk to about it. Does anybody have any tips to fix them? I saw that someone had posted something on Tik tok regarding a device to fix them, but I don’t have a Tik Tok account and neither do I want one.

hairdryer filter cage wont stay on?

Hi my first attempt at community help, so fingers crossed I have a 4 year old Dyson hairdryer ( so out of warranty ). It’s still working perfectly but the filter cage will not stay on. someone else has had problems with one cracking & thinks they can get a spare part but if you do would you have to replace the plug as it it preformed. My Dyson Airwrap white light doesn’t stop

Hi, I just bought a Dyson Airwrap like 1 month ago and I noticed that a white light started flashing. I know that it means that the filter needs to be cleaned, so I did it. But since like 2 weeks ago the white light didn’t stop even if a just clean the filter, I clean the filter using the attachment and sometimes with water just like Dyson shows in some videos on YouTube. Right now I don’t know what else I can do. I don’t know if my airwrap it’s just broken or damaged. Please if someone knows what it’s happening just let me know

NEW hair dryer shuts off and blinks red

I just received my Dyson supersonic hair dryer for Mother’s Day, which was less than a month ago. The first time I used it, it randomly shut off and the red lights started blinking. This hasn’t happened in a while, but today I dried my hair and it happened 4 times. This started happening when it was brand new & I only wash my hair maybe twice/week, so I’ve only used it about 8 times. There is no way the filter is dirty. It’s also plugged in directly to the wall, not a power strip. Any ideas? Has anyone had this same problem with their new hair dryer? I feel like I should have Googled reviews before requesting this. 😑

Dyson Supersonic fuchsia paint scratches easily

I bought my Dyson Supersonic (iron/fuchsia) about a year and a half ago, and I still love it as much as the day I bought it.As a general rule, I take extremely good care of my stuff, so it’s annoying that the fuchsia paint on the bezel scratches off so easily on the rare occasion that I bumped the edge of it against the table while styling (not even hard!).There are a total of only 3 small dents/scratches on the edge in the entire time I have used it, so I think I’ve done well, but I paid a lot for this hairdryer, so it annoys me that the paint scratches off so easily.I think it has something to do with the matte finish, since the nickel/copper version has a gloss finish and doesn’t seem to have this issue.I’ve looked online but there doesn’t seem to be any solution available, other than “just live with it”.I’ve dabbed some fuchsia acrylic paint over the scratches since it’s water-based and doesn’t affect the finish on the hairdryer, but it would be nice if there was a recommended prod

My airwrap keeps cutting out and flashing red

I have had my air wrap for about 3 year and I have been maintaining it by cleaning the filter with the brush provided and cleaning any hair/debris from the attachments as described online. Despite this my airwrap is now continually cutting out when I use it and flashing red. Any help? Does anyone know of anywhere I can have it serviced or something along those lines?

no update on my exchange

My machine stopped working after 2 months of buying it. I raised an exchange request for it. I sent the product within 2 days and it has been more than a month since I got a update.EVERYTIME I chat or email you guys, there’s just a standard reply “You’ll get an update in 24 hours”. After that? Nothing happens. After chatting about 15 times, you finally decided to send my exchange order but THAT GOT CANCELLED FOR NO REASON. I see the machine is available. But it got cancelled.And now you guys have even stopped replying to my emails.Is the customer service limited only till we’re buying the product? Because it seems like that. How to prevent/clean vivid color off my Dyson Airwrap?

Hi! I am having an issue with my bright pink/deep magenta hair color transferring to my light Blue/light pink Dyson Airwrap. Does anyone have any Advice on how to prevent this or even how to clean it off? I have tried getting it off with just water, and also using my Precleanse by Dermalogcia but nothing has worked (yes I know Precleanse is a skin cleanser but us Estheticians know it can be used to take off SO much more than just makeup). It could be the type of hair color too, because it’s actually a “permanent vivid color”. It’s Pravana Everlasting Poison Berry. It doesn’t transfer on anything unless it’s wet or heated. I just got a light pink Dyson straightener as well without thinking about this problem before purchasing, and I’m nervous that my color is going to ruin it. if anyone has any suggestions or tips please let me know!!! thank you!

Why can't I get a replacement Air Wrap after Customer Service asked me to send in?

I am very upset over the quality of service I have received from Dyson and I am just trying to resolve this issue in good faith, but after 8 weeks I’m finding a resolution frustrating and virtually impossible. I had experienced several occurrences in which my Dyson Airwrap started shutting off sporadically. After contacting your toll free number on Feb. 12, 2024 and describing the issue, your rep connected to my phone and videoed the machine's malfunction. She indicated it was an electronic short and since it was still under warranty, immediately sent me a UPS return sticker, asked me to pack up the entire machine with attachments and send it to your warehouse in El Paso. She said I should receive a new machine in a maximum of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of not hearing or receiving anything, I called Dyson at the end of Feb (the wait time can be quite long). Had to go over the whole story. She looked into the situation and told me the first CSR did not create an order for the new machine

Dyson Corralle not charging

When I have the straightener closed in the dock the LED light is a sold amber/red light, not flashing. Then when I go to use the straightener it has a charge and heat for about 20 seconds then dies. Do I need to replace the battery? I bought it in 2020 so its 2 years out of warranty.

Dyson airwrap bought in Sweden used in other country with same voltage

Hello, I have bought an airwrap in Sweden (my country of origin) but I live in another country with the exact same voltage as Sweden (230v 50hz), but I tried using it in the country I live in (Zanzibar) and it will not turn on. What could be wrong given that the airwrap is brand new and the voltage is identical to Sweden where I purchased it. From reading about it I just learned it can be damaged if used in a country with a different voltage that the country of origin. I also used a voltage safety guard (which only works at 230v) so I am 100% sure the dyson has not been used at any other voltage. Would appreciate any help as I want to use it here.
