I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but the Dysons app and website are awful and I keep getting disconnected. I’ve tried alcohol wipes and bleach, which have helped a ton, but it’s still stained.
Only used the airstrait once and placed it in my Dyson travel bag, which stained it dark. The photo makes it look much better than it does IRL. I’ve seen people bring up this topic on the forum and got help from Dysons reps, but I don’t actually know how they fixed the issue. I have a Dyson airwrap, regular blow dryer, and air purifier fan, but I’m really disappointed with Dysons customer support and also just the design of this material of the airwrap
