My floor standing task light has stopped turning on, checked the fuse which is fine and nothing works, any thoughts would be gratefully received as the Dyson Customer Service helpline don’t seem to be able to help despite three calls of 60 mins waiting, a case number and the promise of a call back in 48hours that was 12 days ago. many thanks Iain

The quickest way of getting in touch with Dyson Customer Care is to Live Chat to us via dyson.co.uk. Just click the round purple button to launch the Dyson Digital Assistant, then click the agent icon in the bottom left of the window to start a Live Chat session.
