I can not take my money back :(

Hello. I bought a robot vacuum cleaner from Dyson Berlin when I went on holiday in February. I returned to Turkey, the vacuum cleaner started to give me problems from the first day. I sent it to Dyson Turkey because they told me it had an international warranty when I bought it. Dyson Turkey decided that the product had a motherboard fault and issued a destruction order. They sent me a new product. However, this product has also had problems since the day it arrived. I took a video and sent the product to service again. They issued a refund order for the product. However, since I bought the product from Germany, they told me that they could not refund the money from here and that I should contact them. I cannot find anyone who can solve my problem. The first time I sent the product, it was under warranty for 1.5 months. The second time I sent it, it was with them for 3 months. I have not been able to use the product since the day I bought it and I cannot get my money back. Please, I re

why is my viz nav asking me to clean optics every day?

My new vis nav asks me to clean optics after every clean. I have followed instructions and used a microfibre cloth all over the machine. I have also used a gentle blower to ensure anything that the cloth misses (like dog hair) is moved away from the sensors. Nothing seems to work. My vis nav is less than a month old.

Vis nav keeps asking for me to clean its sensors

Hi all,since some weeks my dyson 360 vis nav is throwing a clean sensor error after (almost) every run. I clean it like crazy and it is almost as clean as new. Sometimes I can find some tiny tiny pieces of spider threads on the front left sensor. Is it really this sensitive? Is there a way to see which sensor is causing the error, I might have overlooked someting. Thanks!

New battery for the Dyson Vis Nav

I just got my Dyson 360 Vis Nav, I would like to get an extra Dyson battery. I did not see any on the Dyson website and I am wondering if they are even available. Also does anyone have any idea of how to change out the old battery for a new one for the vis nav? I am asking about this as my old robot vacuum was the 360 Eye and when it came time to change the battery I couldn’t find a Dyson battery for it. So I had to use a Chinese knock off battery that kill my 360 eye! I see others here in the community have had the same experience. Thanking you in advance, Rob

Custom Dyson Wraps

We have just received our Dyson Vis Nav and in addition to this we have had for around 10 years a Husqvarana Automower. One of the things the kids love is that Husqvarna sell “Wraps” for the lawnmower so you can turn them from a boring lawnmower into a Ladybird. Just wondered if anyone has seen this done for these robots as yet?

Dyson 360 Vis Nav not charging

Just bought a new 360 Vis Nav and after 5 minutes of use it displayed Low Battery - Return to Dock. It was promptly returned, but did not appear to charge despite being in the dock (with the blue light illuminated so say it was ready, and then turned off when on the dock). It does not appear to be charging and is with low power. Is there something wrong? It’s also not on the latest version, despite allowing auto update through the App. Help!!

How can I get Dyson Heurist 360 Tank track defect fixed?

Hi,I received Heurist 360 as a wedding gift from my old good friend living in Spain.But after trying out the robot for 1-2 times it started to move in circle in one place.I searched google and found out that our robot has tank track defect.One wheel goes well but the other side belt is not getting the power to move. I am currently living in Korea where Dyson robots are yet introduced so cannot the get appropriate service from Dyson service center…Since Dyson products are not cheap products I don’t want to go to any private service centers.I really want to get this fixed and use. Can anyone help me get this fixed?

Dyson 360 vis nav - Runtime help

Hello together, have several questions.first, the battery life. The Dyson is fully charged, starts to clean, after not even 15 minutes it returns to the station and charges. After charging, he goes again, but after not even 3 minutes, battery dead again. So I do not manage to clean a room!then I wanted to reset the Dyson today as described in the description. LED panel pressed, but the menu delete data, does not appear. It comes only switch off, update via USB stick and cancel.What could I do?

Dyson Heurist - Amber Ring fault - Suggestions?

I just got my robot heurist April and it hovers fine but lately when it’s on it’s dock I keep getting notifications saying my robot needs my attention with the yellow circle it keeps on coming on even when the robots on the dock I’m not happy it cost me a bomb I want it fixed do we have a 2 year warranty???Well it’s at work everything seems normal it’s only when it socks to charge after 10/20 mins I keep getting notifications saying my robot needs my attention and the yellow circle appears so  that means I can only use it when I’m at home and not at work this is not fair at all the price of the heurist is so expensive dyson needs to fix it or replace my robot. Thank you

Dyson 360 Eye - Mission impossible to find battery

Has any soul on this earth suceed with locating an geniun original Dyson 360 battery? I made the big mistake to send my beloved robot to repair at Dyson center in Germany and when they sent it back the battery was taken out. I have tried for since december (last 6 month) signing up for every replacement site on multiple Dyson website but the battery is never back in stock. I have checked multiple 3rd party website, ebay, amazon there is only chinese knock of. I was so desperate so i bought a chinese knock off and after only 1 use the machine is flashing red battery light.It feels so sad that i have to through out the machine just because there is no possible way to buy a new battery. I’m doing this last effort and ask here, and from my research even the Dyson 360 Heurist battery should work, but even that is not possible to locate anywhere in the world.

360 Heurist - Jockey Wheel

I just got a unit off of ebay from Japan. Apparently, the I thibknits called the bump skid is broke. It's in the middle of the front it pivots 30 degrees left/right. I think it's supposed to have a wheel or something there, but it's just a plate and the spring ends are dragging the floor. Does anybody know of a parts diagram for this? And where I csn order a replacement? Thanks.

Are 360 Heurist and 360 eye parts are interchangeable, specifically the cyclone?

The mesh on the cyclone for my 360 Heurist is a bit frayed, and I’d like to replace, but no one, including Dyson, seems to sell a cyclone specifically for the Heurist. 966609-01 IS available in a lot of places, including Dyson, but it is listed on the 360 eye page, although the photo looks the same. Can I use it??

360 Heurist - Robot filter cleaning advice

Looking for some advice.The robots filter has a narrow 2-3 inch opening, which allows the water to rise through the material and out the other side. I’ve cleaned the filter for the first time and can still see dust/grime through this opening. Is there a Lyn easier way to clean inside, other than flushing it with water? Thanks. Charlie.
